The reason for the five star is the staff, all except the Manager that is. Cyndi and Brodrick are just amazing people and are always helpful and friendly. The coffee is always perfect and if it’s not I just let them know and it gets fixed. Everyone is always very fast and just simply put this is one of the best locations I’ve been to! Now for the bad. *insert dramatic music* I visit this location alone at least three times a week and always spend at least 15 $ so when I ask for no water in my cold brew that doesn’t mean put extra ice… Why do you have to try and skimp on your iced coffee! I could just ask you to remake it but I’m not like that… I know you are the Manager for the Cheyenne and MLK Starbucks and you are trying to save that extra 2 ounces possibly to cut back on cost, make sure you have enough for the other customers, or maybe even just because you’ve never seen me in that store and you think I wouldn’t notice. I pay 4 – 5 $ for some coffee that I could easily make at home I sort of expect it to be made right. Very sorry for the small rant but all your other baristas make my drinks the right way why can’t you when you are Manager. PS I love Unilocal an Facebook reviews because they usually get noticed. #Starbucks

Awful. Waited in lobby for 12 minutes for 2 drinks and was second in line. Meanwhile, 6 cars went through the drive thru. I asked who was making the drinks inside and the 2 gals were very rude and said that its first come first serve. I call BS. I saw the car I would have been behind go through 4 cars ago. Side note, the people who ordered before me were all done with their food items before their 2 white mochas even arrived. To say they were also frustrated would be an understatement. I will also be emailing corporate this afternoon regarding their attitudes. Never been treated like this in a Starbucks.

I went to this location today and waited sn excessive amount of time in the drive thru. They couldn’tgget the drink right and when I requested extra mocha drizzle, the Barista, and I use that term loosely with this individual, said she’d never heardof extra and was going to have to charge me extra. I let her know that I wouldn’t be back. She was tacky and not the sharpest knife in the drawer. I love the one off Camino Al Norte because my favorite Barista is there and the majority of thd employees know me.

This Starbucks is on my way to work. I have been late twice because I was stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The first time I mentioned it to the cashier and she looked at me and said well we are busy. No I am sorry you had to wait she could care less. The 2nd experience I had one car in front of me, 15 minutes. Not acceptable. They are not staffed to handle the customers. I decided I would give them another try, same story. I will not ever go to this store. I get much better service at Camino Al Norte or the corner of Craig and Losee. Why is it these other stores can get you thru the drive thru with 6 or 8 cars in front of you in less than 8 minutes? Maybe they need new management,

One star because the drinks are good. However, the service here is terrible. When they released their chorizo sandwiches, I asked the barista(in the drive thru) what kind of meat was in the chorizo. He replied with«uhh chorizo?» Like I was the biggest idiot. I said«like is it pork or beef or what?» And he simply replied«pork.» No apology for the attitude. I then went there a couple of days later and asked for an iced caramel macchiato with coconut milk to the second line(they fill it up to the third), she rudely replies with«To the third line?» With the worst sarcasm and attitude in her voice. I cannot clearly write how bad their attitudes were but they were unacceptable. I will not be going back to this Starbucks.

I usually go to this Starbucks. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. What push them to 5 stars are they are very accommodating. My app wasn’t working correctly and they still gave me my drink. How embarrassing on my part. I appreciate this in any business. Thank you.

I’m a regular at the Starbucks on Craig, which is amazing. This location at Cheyenne and MLK is always slow, they screw up my order every single time, and the people are quite rude. Avoid this location if possible, they had their third strike with me today.

I used to go to this Starbucks due to the proximity to my house. However, lately I’ve found myself driving a little further to go to the Starbucks on Camino Al Norte. This Starbucks has sparse seating and the fact that management is, seemingly, always having meetings(occupying half the tables) doesn’t help. You would think the general manager would conduct the meetings on the tables outside, in lieu of not take up all the seating and making it awkward for the guests when she’s scolding her employees. Last time I was there, once again the general manager was occupying two tables, despite it being busy and people having a hard time finding somewhere to sit. However, I was approached at the table where I was sitting by an employee and asked to purchase something or I had to leave. Let me point out that I had been sitting waiting for the line to get smaller, and also that I’ve not once been there and not purchased anything. I found the whole thing baffling so left and went to the Starbucks on Camino Al Norte. I won’t be returning to this location anymore.

I place an order to pick up 3 of the travelers coffee boxes for my coworkers around 4 pm the day before I was going to pick it up. The person i talked to told that it would be ready to pick up by 8am when i needed it and he wrote down my details. I go to pick it up and they tell me that they dont have any boxes for it so i cant get them. How hard is it to call me or leave a message. Now it is too late to get coffee for over 30 people.

Not the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Not only were the baristas unfriendly it looked like they’re having a hiring/interview fair. All but three tables were ‘reserved’. Even better, the max capacity is 28. Half of that was the hiring staff. Worst location for this possible. Drinks were fine. Service not good. I won’t be returning.

This starbucks is not the best one. I usually go do a different one but I went here Thursday 6−25−15 right after work around 5:10 thinking I’ll just make a quick run through the drive-thru and get a little«pick-me-up». There were two cars ahead of me and it took 11 minutes to get to the window. The window opened and an older lady with blonde hair and awful bangs had her back turned to me laughing with her co-workers. No greeting at all. With her back still turned she reached out the window and I handed her my card. She swiped it and handed it back all without even glancing at me. I always get the same thing… iced coffee with cream and two splendas and THEYFORGOTMYGOSHDANGSPLENDAS. I drank it anyways but it was yucky. Boo!

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I’ve gone here 5 or 6 times and every time my drink has tasted bad. No matter who made it. Just very bland and not the flavor Starbucks lattes are supposed to have. I honestly feel like no one taught anyone in this store how to properly make the drinks. I only go to the Camino al Norte location now. The staff is nice but I’m paying $ 6 for my drink, I expect it to taste right. I don’t recommend coming to this location.

This location by far was one of my least favorite. As I walked in I passed 2 employees. Both had made I contact with me and not one had said hello or smiled. I walked up to place an order and noticed many employees standing around but I had to wait for one lady to take my order. Again, the employees made eye contact but not one hello or greeting. Weird. There weren’t anyone others in line so I thought I’d get my latte pretty quickly. Wrong. I watched as some of the employees cleaned and they somewhat had a meeting before making my order. Needless to say I was unimpressed with this location. I’m sure there is another Starbucks location nearby with better service.

This Starbucks is super close to my house, but I often choose to go to the one on Camino Al Norte because my drinks from this location have yet to be worth the price I pay for them. They’re never made quite right and are rarely hot enough, even when I say extra hot. I always seem to be charged more here than at other locations. I’ve even brought it up a couple times, «Hey, normally this is X amount…» and they always tell me it’s because I get soy or because I add a shot, but I do that at other locations, too, and the prices are consistent. I will say, though, that the staff here is very nice. Everyone has always been really personable, friendly and accommodating. It’s for this reason that I’m giving them 3 instead of 2 stars.
