Wow guys, 20 minutes for one frap. The line at the drive through was forever long, about 10 cars deep, so I went inside. There was one person finishing up at the register(he only got a regular coffee), a group of three, and then me. That makes it 20 minutes, to make 4 drinks. So the line at the drive through is long, the wait inside is long, even with 5 people working? Something was amiss here… and I know what it is. I am ALL about fun at work, but when the lines are long and people are waiting, it’s time to buckle down and handle business. All hands on a focused deck! I also noticed there was not much multitasking going on, making one drink at a time type thing. So if you can’t multitask well, and you’re playing around, that means people are going to be late getting back to work from their break(this girl). Please be considerate of your customers time, team members. Have a good time, but keep the playing around for when it’s slow, it would be appreciated.

For the location being rather small, they are fast workers. Everyone is really nice and Keisha is so kind. She’s very welcoming and so sweet. It’s a great start to the work day when you encounter nice employees.

Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks. There is simply times when you need the extra jolt that Starbucks gives you and today was that day. Nothing fancy today– just a large bold coffee and out the door. Service was a bit slow, but it was fine.

The coffee they make is great however it never fails that I am on the drive thru for 10 – 15 minutes. This is not an isolated incident. Why the long wait? It’s the same whether there is a long line or just one car ahead of me. A free coffee for the wait? I’ve never been offered one.

I’m extremely allergic to milk. All i wanted was a simple cup of chai tea to wake me up, made with soy. Nope. Didn’t get it right and used milk. On my way to get some medication for the hives that are covering my entire body. I feel like im standing on an ant hill. Thanks Starbucks. Ill keep my $ 5 and spend it on some benadryl. Dont go here if you have allergies. They dont care enough to follow directions.

This is a good one. Drive through is on it always, despite the fact that it’s always slammed. It can be a little slow inside, but I’ve never had them make a drink incorrectly!

Step your game up, Starbucks on Losee and Craig. There were so many mistakes that occurred during one visit alone. A coworker and I ventured down here to pickup drinks for our colleagues. Unfortunately, we realized issues with the orders once we arrived back at work. Hot beverages were missing sleeves, there weren’t enough straws for cold beverages, and one colleague received a poorly made chai that resembled lemonade and had a terrible taste. The lines both inside and out at drive-thru are ridiculously long and aren’t worth the wait.

One of the friendliest Starbucks in the valley! This is my go to location around work and they’re always relatively fast given the amount of people in line. On Fridays they staff the drive thru which extra baristas which is brilliant! Who doesn’t want Starbucks on Fridays.

How is it that no matter what time I come in here there is no one in the store yet they toke FOREVER to make a drink let along make it right… it’s like they’re challenged or improperly trained… Never understood when it’s busy you would rather deep clean then get drinks out in a faster pace… Seems no one has a sense of urgency!

I get they are busy but shouldn’t drinks go out in order? I had to wait 10+ minutes for my drink and three people who ordered after we with a few drinks got theirs before mine and I just had one. I got a fruity drink and it taste like they accidentally put coffee in it first and just dumped it out. I personally hate the taste of coffee, so the whole drink was ruined for me.

I love this Starbucks. It is right by the kids school so i can drop them off and enjoy. The place us always clean although smaller than your average Starbucks. The people are always friendy and quick to get my order out. I have also dropped my kids there a few times to walk to school and they have always been pleasant and courteous to them.

This is my regular Starbucks. These folks are friendly, they always get my order right, and they are fast. Even when the drive-thru is 6 or 7 cars deep it only takes about 10 minutes. Keep up the good work, ya’ll.

Positive change in the overall customer service at this location. I stopped coming in for a while and decide to give it another try. They have gone through some staff changes for the better. Lately I’ve been coming in, in the am. It does tend to get busy, however, it comes and goes in spurts. They do a great job at keeping the line moving at a good pace. If you don’t want to wait for great coffee, you can always hit the gas station! Good things come to those who wait! I’m still waiting for more comfortable seating lol!

My order was completely wrong. For the second time in one week. Long waits in the drive thru even though there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Today I ordered a caramel flan frap, no coffee, with coconut milk. My kid was screaming since it was a long wait so I hadn’t noticed it was wrong until I drove away. I got a tiramisu frap with milk. I was not pleased. Thanks for making my day just that much worse when I was trying to make it better by treating myself. Totally annoyed.

Great location, right down the road from the interstate. This is my go to place before work. Now it’s no different than any other Starbucks when it comes to great quality, but the drive-thru can become very busy during the day. I’ve found it better to head inside if there are more than 4 cars in line. The staff is always very friendly and acknowledge you as soon as you enter. I appreciate a staff that lets you know that they’ll be with you and constantly makes sure you’re not forgotten when they do get busy.

I stopped here to meet someone who was buying jewelry, but got stopped by a pigeon who had gotten it’s feet stuck in plastic, was losing a toe, and hangning upside down from a bush… yes, I’m getting to the Starbucks… They let me HAVE a box knife, to save it. They wouldn’t take the box knife back, because they don’t contaminate, very safety concious. The drinks they made us were delicious, and the guy knew all the different ins and outs of the subtle flavors, and advise us as to which we would like best. They were GREAT! Very out of my way, but if I’m ever driving by I will stop again. Pigeon was fine, by the way. :)
