Car wash is terrible! DO NOT USE!!!
Got a car wash here yesterday after getting gas. I have a brand new, standard GMC SUV, nothing custom added. It ripped the chrome off the passenger side and pulled off some rubber piece on the top of my SUV. I have never had a problem with car washes before. I’m soooo mad!
Of course it’s use at your own risk. But DON’T RISK IT HERE!

This Shell is by far one of the most customer friendly ive ever been to. They also use a clean mop and bucket on the floors.
In Dec I was having a really bad nite and i couldnt find my wallet for the candy bar. I told the man i didnt feel well and im diabetic but let me find my wallet. He said, its ok, ill get it, go and eat it so you will be ok. The fact that he was quick to recognize what could have been a problem was amazing. Tonite i got ice cream, he was moping asked if I was ok… Just over and above. I dont come this way often but since the last time, i do purchase gas there now for both my cars and the two company vans.
Its unusual to find a young staff of men who provide such service. With stations on every corner this is how to keep the business!

I’m one of those people who fill up the big insulated mugs on my way home from work, daily. Me and my family have usually opted for a Rebel when available. One day we were a little lazy and this was slightly closer so we gave it a shot.
It has become our regular daily store, the fountain soda is always perfect (this is actually a common problem at convenience stores believe it or not, with fountain soda being either too flat, carbonated or syrup-​y.) and always immediately replace the ones which are out. Their donuts are also great, and I’m picky about donuts.
Where it really gets good is the employees, on a bad day I actually look forward to the breathe of fresh air that many of their employees can be. Their are 1 – 2 who have consistent frowns and don’t bother being nice but they aren’t rude either. The rest are all capable of offering a smile and the olé «how are you?» and a few are just incredibly nice and reasonably talkative without getting gabby, I appreciate the rarity of good customer service in a town like Vegas.
As for gas, we all know how great shell gas is so I have no comment there besides their pumps always being clean. I also cannot comment on the car-​wash but it definitely seems popular.
Seems a little weird to rave about a convenience store but when there’s one on every corner and you go to one daily you really do search for the best.

Boy you can tell it doesn’t rain around here. The roof (awning?) over the gas pumps is the size of a beach towel. Yeah, you got me, I’m from Portland.
The gas bit is good, clean and functioning but somewhat slow machines. What, there’s no slots for me to play while the pump dials its 9600 modem to check my credit card?
Can’t comment on the staff because I didn’t interact with any. That’s the way it’s supposed to be, I guess. (Pumping your own gas is against the law in Oregon. Because of the rain sickness.)
Everything worked, it was an easy process, and the location is easily accessible. Good to go!
