I would never recommend this business. The couple that run it, Tracie and her husband came to look at our Bosch washing machine. They claimed to be experts with this brand. They came to our home, examined and tested the machine and said they could not fix the machine at our home and had to take it to the shop to repair it. They did not seem too professional but seemed to have some knowledge about the washing machine. They took the machine and Traci called, spoke to my husband and said she needed to order a part. She said it was going to be approximately $ 400.00 for the part. My husband authorized her to charge our credit card. We did not hear from Traci after this, although there was a charge for around $ 400.00 on our card right after speaking to her, for a clothing company. Both my husband and I tried to reach her at least 10 times within a month period, with no reply from her. So, we lost our washer to her; she stole it and although we cannot prove it our credit card was charged for something we did not purchase. I hope this prevents anyone using this service.

I use pride installation through my job and love them. It is very hard to find a service company thats good at there job
along with haveing good customer service. Tracie always
answers her phone and the few times she hasent she has called
right back. I would recommend them to anyone!

Ed did a great job installing my new Bosch dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Water line, drain line and electric were run neatly. Unit was leveled properly. He tested unit to verify no leaks before departure. Complete cleanup and haul away. An excellent job all around.
Definitely recommended for installation or service for a Bosch dishwasher.
