The woman who answered the phone was also extremely rude to me as well. You can clearly tell all they care about is making money and not satisfying customers. I would never reccomend this company and I hope the owner sees these reviews. Whoever they have answering the phones should be fired. She’s an extremely rude bitch. Yeah, I said it. You are a complete bitch lady.

This is the WORST company and WORST customer service ever. I got an accident and the police called this company. The police told me the car’s gonna take it to the insurance company’s yard, so I believed this. I asked about my car to the insurance company and Guess what, the guy took to the towing company’s yard, which I didn’t know for 10 days. and they sent me the letter to pay over $ 1000. Are you Fucking kidding me? the lady who name is Sam is the WORST and really ass***e. I asked questions through the phone and she kept ignore and started yelling to pay. You know what she said, «Do you understand English? Does anybody can speak English besides you? «So RACIST! This company is the worst and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Horrible customer service. Extremely high priced.

This company still sucks

Last night they TRIED to take my car. Had a VALUD moving permit on it but he picked it up then BROKE IN to it and went thru the paperwork on the dash… Then ge dropped it… About 8 feet away from the space. THE ASSHOLE DRIVER thought he was sneaky but about 6 different houses saw him. I got an idea moron, put the car BACK where you got it and take the Lexus next to me. He doesn’t have a moving permit, a plate not a parking auth from office!!! His cars has been there for two days. When you call to speak to a supervisor the girl will only take a message…
Im going to metro to file a report because one guy got a pix of the driver in my car!!!

They were fast and was able to tow me out of trouble! William the driver was very professional and polite! I would recommend them to anyone who are in need of a tow, solely on the experience I had with William! A+!!!

Trash and garbage customer service the people that work here have zero human respect the lady at the front desk is something else I strongly advise that you use a different company

If i could give them minus stars i would they stole property out of my vehicle. They lied to me over the phone about what paperwork could get my car out causing me to drive across town multiple times. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I even heard them bragging about how much money they were gonna make from «idiots on new years» id love to see them have their cars towed and have to deal with themselves. I could vomit on these people…

I understand this is a impound yard and all. But these employees there should probably just kill themselves already. I mean, you don’t have to fit stereotypes but it’s tough not to call a horse a horse. Rudest, most uneducated idiots I’ve ever dealt with. At this point I really don’t care about the rental car that’s in their lot, I’m just so thankful that I grew up with an education and will never have to work at a scummy ass place like that. I don’t see anyone in that company making it pass a 6^th grade education level.

Rip off WARNING!!! they give police officers kickbacks on the $ 289 towing fee!!! If you call them it’s only like $ 85 to tow a vehicle so where does the extra $ 200 go!!! Right into LVMPD pockets!!!

I think this company is giving Metro kick backs to have cars towed and stored there after an accident. I smell something fishy!!! $ 39 a night? WTF $ 700 for towing and storing?
If you are ever involved in a car accident and the Police officer is instant that the car MUST get towed there — PLEASE resist!!! SCAM! TOTAL SCAM!

first time, they towed vehicle from work to home, dropped off in front of the house parked the opposite direction, left door open and keys inside! didn’t bother to come to door
second time, i was given a time window on a thursday, went outside and vehicle was gone from my driveway. they towed to nissan and couldn’t be repaired because the driver once again did not come to the door and didn’t get the key. i had to take key to nissan and leave key on wkend and couldn’t be looked at until tues because of this incompetent driver.
our other vehicle was in an accident and needed this one repaired asap.
called twice to complain and they didn’t bother to return my calls.

ZERO STARS! HORRENDOUS BUSINESS! FULL OF CROOKS! I had just recently been in a front-​end car accident and my car was towed by this company. I went and picked it up the next day, paying an arm-​and-​a-​leg. Their customer service is ridiculous! The employees are rude and extremely slow to process your transaction. They upcharge for the use of the towing truck they utilize, then charge for initial tow, and the distance. When I finally received my vehicle, BOTH of my BACK tail-​lights were broken off. Mind you, my car accident was a FRONT-​ENDED incident. I tried to file a claim with them, and they refused to take responsibility. So now I’m going through my insurance company to have them replace the additional damaged they inflicted. This place is a joke.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. We were in a motorcycle accident and the police had out bike towed here. Terrible customer service. Extremely high priced. Requested they tow the bike to the HD dealer and it took them days!!! Avoid this company at all costs !!! Zero stars!!!

THE WORST OF THE WORST !
Work at a body shop and requested a tow at 9 in the morning, waited until 3 to see what was going on, and turns out they forgot about the tow! So because of their mistake I was charged another day of storage which makes no sense! Called to request another tow (sadly) because another client had their vehicle towed into this facility, it was around 4pm and after 5 you get charged another day of storage, so I spoke to a girl names CARLA and she was being very rude and had me on hold for about 20 min! So I wait patiently and after a long time of waiting she finally gives me the amount before 5 which was two hundred something and so I requested a tow and she said that we had to go to the office and pay it. So I let her know that I am sending someone over to pay it. My manager calls me and tells me that they have no idea what car we are picking up (by this time it is about 4:40 pm) and I tell them that I has been speaking to Carla so she should obviously know (I just got off the phone with her about 10 min before this incident). They end up telling me that the same girl Carla who I had been speaking to, has no idea what car it is, makes no sense because she was obviously capable of giving me a price but now has no idea what car it is? It is obvious they were trying to kill time to charge us another day of storage. Wish I could give ZERO stars. Plus they end up charging me another day of storage even when I had been trying to get the vehicle out half an hour before, and got there 20 min before hand as well.

My advice for this place: don’t contact them and don’t go in after 5, expect to have one of the ratchet girls at the window be rude to you for no reason, and speak to a manager instead if possible. Be warned: the prices are ASTRONOMICAL. My car was stolen out of the parking garage of the hotel I was staying at for Spring Break last week. I filed a police report in the hopes I would get my car back. Little did I know I would be put through one of the worst situations in my life. I finally got the call from the detective telling me my car was found and I had to pick it up from Fast Towing. I called Fast Towing and they told me, very rudely, that I would have to pay $ 330 (my car had been towed to their place that day) and the price will go up $ 29 every day until I pick the car up or surrender the title. Seeing as how the thief wrecked my car, I wouldn’t be able to drive it anywhere. Furthermore, I live in Utah and am a full-​time student so I couldn’t drop everything to go down there right away. I had no idea I would have to pay so much money because my car was STOLEN.
I said this and the lady told me that «a lot of people feel like they’re the victim» and that everyone has to pay anyways. I could not believe how rude these women were. Once I started asking more about what I can do, the lady transferred me to someone else who was just as rude if not more rude so that she could have her way with me. After this, I apparently didn’t say what she wanted so she told me to call back tomorrow between 9 and 5 to speak to a manager. That was the best service I ever got from these girls. Once I spoke with the manager of releasing, she helped me out and told me what to do next in a much nicer and more professional way. They will reduce the storage fees ($ 29) by half if I come within 5 days of it being towed. That’s really not a lot of money taken off especially when I shouldn’t have to pay anything because my car was freaking stolen. But I get that they have to make money and I am the only one connected to the car because the thief was not caught.
When I finally made it down to Vegas, the girls at the counter and were expectedly rude. Luckily I didn’t have much contact with them as one of the girls just copied my title and made me sign a paper so I could go look at my car. You can’t take pictures of your car at all by the way. Only an insurance agent can. The guy who took me to see my car was nice and helped me out. Once I got back to the window, one of the girls rudely asked, «so are you going to take it or what?» I said no and that I will surrender my title because I can’t really drive the car out of here. She called a woman named Sam who was so nice and great to deal with. We made a deal and I was able to pay less than I was originally going to and I was on my way back to Utah. The guy and Sam are the reasons I give this 1 star. If they weren’t there, I would give 0 or negative stars like others who have reviewed this.

This weekend, our car broke down on the way to Fleming’s for dinner… literally IN the turn lane going into the restaurant. So disappointing.
We were able to push the car into the parking lot, and searched online for a tow company to pick it up in the morning.
Fast towing was able to get us scheduled, and the driver showed up a few minutes early.
He loaded the car up, and drove to the shop where we were dropping it off for repairs… he was SO much better than the last tow company we used!
If you’re in a jam, give them a try… They were really good to us this weekend.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I understand no one will be happy to get their car towed, but this place is a joke.
I was also one of the victims at Firefly (separate night from the previous review.) 15 of us got towed at Firefly, when there was only 2 8.5×11 signs on a light pole outside of an abounded building, NOT near the parking. I was parked in a spot labeled «Visitor». If this many cars are getting towed everyday, that says something about their communication about parking there.
This place only takes cash (so they can probably pay a chunk to whoever else is part of the parking scam at Firefly.) and they charge $ 7 ATM fee.
My license was in my car, in my purse, and they wont let you go to the lot to get it, someone brings it out to you.
The manager at this place told me Firefly has been doing this for months. And that Firefly wont pay to use those parking spots, so the owner of the empty building next door tows the cars every night.
I finally get my car– IT HAS A BLUE SCRATCH ON IT!!! It is about one square foot that was NOT there the night before. They had me fill out a piece of paper and said the «claim team» will contact me…. it does no seem promising. I am still waiting for that call.
I mean what tow company will pass up the experience to tow cars, but this place is SHADY!

My car was towed (along with 20 others) last night. We were parked next to Firefly on Paradise in an office building parking lot. This was after hours and there were no «no parking» signs. I personally parked in a visitor spot. Approximately two hours later, all of the cars in my lot were gone. We trekked over to Fast Tow in North Las Vegas only to find our cars hadn’t even been entered into their system yet. People had been waiting for hours for the pleasure of forking over $ 275. And if you would like to see your car before signing their waiver document — you have to pay them an additional $ 40. I don’t understand how this place operates within the law.
Additonally, the fact I just moved to Las Vegas made it extremely difficult to get my car back from them because I have registration, tags and license from Texas. They gave me a really hard time and made the process pretty scary.
Absolutely atrocious experience. I honestly wish there was the possibility of some kind of class action lawsuit.
