Express Barber Shop

Will not go back to this place. No customer service there at all. Had scheduled an appointment and waited 40 minutes after my appointment time and still didn’t get seen. The barber that I had scheduled with was taking other clients without appointments before me. Only one barber out of the six working was actually looking at the log in sheet. They pick and choose who they want to take as customers in this place doesn’t matter if you have appointments or not. Not to mention they charge you $ 5.00 more to schedule an appointment but yet their big pricing board by the sign in sheet says appointments are priced at $ 23.00 so I’m not sure if they charge you $ 5.00 extra or $ 8.00 extra for an appointment. One barber (the female one) had a man in his chair for nearly an hour. Finished cutting his hair and still remained talking to him instead of taking care of all the customers waiting in the chairs. I would rather take my business else where since they obviously are ripping people off and have no customer service. I wasn’t going to to pay $ 5-​$ 8 more for an appointment time that came and went.

I love all the barbers there they always leave my boys looking nice and are really patient i have never had a problem here and all the guys are funny and they always have good music or tv shows on .
.the prices are good as well… yes sometimes it takes a while to get taken care of but its worth the wait they are very detailed with their work remember good work is not easy i recommend this place to everyone

Worst experience will never come here again waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes which at the end had to walk out we were the only ones waiting and the 2 guys working were done with the guys they were taking care of and literally started to say they were not staying late that they were done for the day they had thing plan for tonight wow so it was obvious they didn’t want to cut my son’s hair…

I came here in desperation because my regular shop was not open. I will not be returning; even in desperation. I walked in and waited while two barbers just sat on their butts with no clients; I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe that had appointments soon. A third barber finally offered me a cut. He was a nice guy but I would give the cut a grade of C. Especially because he caused me irritation and razor bumps by cutting my fade so close, much closer than it’s been cut in years. Oh, and those 2 barbers were still sitting on their butts when I left.

Amazing family owned Barbershop which will excel your quality expectations! It’s a must go here! Andy R was my barber and will always be!
