This company is amazing, we had a leak in our kitchen and had several companies come to give us a quote on the repairs. After being told something different by each one and feeling hopeless we were referred to ERX by a co-​worker who has done work with them before. The crew came out that same day and had everything done in a few hours. The crew was professional, hard working and took time to answer all my questions. They have made this process a lot easier to deal with. If you choose to go with this company you will not be sorry.

We had experienced a leaking from our master bath shower drain and could not locate the exact area the water was coming from. We contacted our home warranty service and they sent a plumber who thought it might be leaking from the shower cartridge and shower head and running down the pipes and out the air conditioning/​heater vent. After replacing the cartridge and shower head we noticed that the spots on the ceiling below the shower had gotten darker and the drywall tape had began to separate from the drywall. We called the plumber and told him that we are still getting water leaking from the same area. He arranged his schedule and came by and opened the ceiling and found that there had been water damage to the ceiling and that the area was extremely wet. He put us in touch withERX Emergency Restorations for repair of the water damaged ceiling. ERX Emergency Restoration sent out an inspector to start the restorationl process. The ERX team consisted of Paco, Carlos, and Luis. When they arrived they were extremely courteous and very knowledgeable in the water mitigation process. After opening the affected area they were able to identify the cause of the leaking shower drain… It was a cracked pipe connecting to the shower drain. They showed us the damage caused from the leak and isolated the area and treated it so that we could have it repaired. Thank goodness we found the source of the leak before severe wood damage or mold had started.

It’s very upsetting how everything has turned out with this company. Me and my 11 year old daughter have been out of my house for 2 months now and it is taking them supposedly 2 weeks to install cabinets and put down new carpeting. They originally told us it would take a month for the work to be completed. They don’t care at all about personal items. They packed all my belongings and put them in storage that I am not allowed to get to. It took them a month to evaluate furniture and all they told the company to do was to clean it. Wasn’t inspected for mold or water damage. Bags of clothes were left 2 months after the flood in bags in my shower that are still soaking wet and they are now damaged. When the house first flooded Bryan made me feel like they would get the job done and I would be in my house in no time. Now I will most likely be talking to my lawyer due to the neglect of my items. Hope this helps someone so they don’t make the same mistake! And hopefully we will have our house back soon.

HORRIBLE! Do not use these people! They originally quoted us $ 1000 for the work needed but then kept pressuring us to file a homeowners claim. When we explained we didn’t want to do that, the price jumped to $ 2400! We called everyday to get updates on pricing or to even get a bill and they would either avoid us or keep pressuring us to file a claim. They want you to file a claim so they can say the work cost more than it really does. Time to call the BBB because these people are shady. We had to do the repair work ourselves because these people cannot be trusted. I wish I had looked on Unilocal before going with the plumber’s referral.

I experienced water damage due to my water heater failing. I contacted the home warranty company who sent out Ideal Services. Great Company, highly recommended.
Because of the damage, George of Ideal recommended ERX. Jon came out and assessed the damage. The following day the clean up began. After the clean up, the supervisor, Kevin, came out to explain everything to me. He checked in on a regular basis to make sure everything was going smoothly. The network of painter/​drywall, plumber, carpet repair and cleaning and his follow-​thru has been something Kevin should be proud of. He is a heartfelt provider very interested in client satisfaction and the reputation of your company!
What could have been a nighmare turned into a positive experience. They even handled all of the paperwork with the insurance company.

My experience with ERX was exceptional. Our garbage disposal failed and we didn’t realize it for a week and a half. We live in an upside down house so it not only destroyed the cabinet, but water leaked into the downstairs ceiling and wall. Brian, came over and he saw the state of my kitchen and informed me that, although they would try to save my granite tile countertops, it was not likely. It was probable that we would wind up having to replace all of the kitchen counters because granite, being a natural stone, is impossible to match. So we did have to change the counters so we took the opportunity to upgrade. Brian, Chris and Kevin, our job superintendent, all said we could do whatever we wanted as far as replacing the counters and they meant it. We chose a material that ERX didn’t work with and they were more than willing to work with the other contractor. In the beginning, I asked how long the whole project might take. I was given an average length of time of about three weeks start to finish. But because I chose to order counters elsewhere, it extended the job time another two weeks. Even though my job took a lot longer, I never got any complaints or pushback on what I wanted to do. They patiently waited for me to arrange what I wanted and then worked around it. And just because I went through an alternate vendor for my countertops, which cost them money, the quality of work from ERX never suffered. Kevin was my go-​to guy for questions or any perceived issues that came up. He gave us realistic expectations and good advice making decisions as far as what we wanted to do ourselves to save money or not, and was forever patient. They even corrected a major structural issue with my cabinetry that was not affected by the broken disposal. The drywall guys, Alex and Mario, Manny the cabinet guy, Paco the demo guy, and Lito the trim and touch up guy and every other employee that came through our door was professional, neat, efficient and friendly. They were completely transparent about all charges and even juggled some costs to reduce my deductible. In all ways, working with ERX was an excellent experience and if I ever need their services again, I would hire them in a heartbeat.

Due to water damage both in my master bathroom and downstairs bathroom from a faulty screw from the homebuilders toilets I called my home owners warranty company for help. The plumber came out 2 days later and highly recommended ERX. (Seems alot of plumbers refer to this company) Jon from ERX came out immediately and assessed the damage then the next day started demolition. He promised initially that they would do a cleanup by removing walls in both bathrooms, removed all the affected wood flooring and cut a hole in my kitchen ceiling and would have it reconstructed within 2 weeks. Yeah. They cut a hole in my AC pipe upstairs on accident stating at first that it was no big deal… then promised to have an A/​C repairman out in 24 hours. After several calls to ERX the A/​C repairman showed up 2 weeks later. The office said they were so busy that they didn’t have a reconstruction time for the house until 3 weeks later… so we agreed 3 weeks we’d wait. Then at the last hour we had to push it back another 2 weeks because they wanted 3000.00 more than insurance allowed. Again the insurance inspector came back out, he looked at everything and said they are over buffering their numbers and the insurance will not pay out that much more. Then I got a message from the office stating that again they were not getting what they wanted so we had to be pushed back another 2 weeks to October 29^th for full reconstruction of what they took apart. Over 2 months in a house with concrete floors, open walls, no doors on bathrooms, pantry and laundryroom, only 1 toilet in the house was enough. I called another reconstruction company who came out the same day I called, He was so nice and calming. We discussed what we’ve been through, he nodded. He agreed that what was needed fit right into what the insurance had paid.. that was last week. Today I sit in my refurbished home completely fixed, exactly the way I wanted it since August! My Balance? Just the deductible. ERX does NOT follow through with their promises. All they did was leave me with a mess and a headache because of greed. Emergency restoration was recommended to me by my homeowners insurance and I will never ever recommend them to do anything or come near your house ever they will do shoddy work overcharge you leaving your house so you to collection company within 60 days. Stay away from them run in any direction but to them.

SCAM alert. They will say anything to get you to sign their contract so they can begin work just to find out the work is not covered by your insurance. They play mind games and threatened to take you to collections. I can only hope you read this before its to late, if you don’t believe me just search their name and you well find other horror stories.

ZERO stars! This company is bad, unfortunately you don’t know that in advance because nobody knows a restoration company even exists until you need them. My neighbor had a plumber do some work and the day afterward my unit was flooded. The plumbers came out to stop the leak and they called Emergency Restoration to come dry out my place. No estimate was given, no honest information was given — nothing. Brian seemed very nice that night; so I trusted him. BIG mistake. I was told the dry out equipment and the tear out would begin then next morning. I was told the dry out takes 3 days and then they come pick up that equipment and immediately can do the rebuild. B.S. The dry out happened and the equipment was picked up. During the three days I called to ask about the rebuild many times but they just kept saying don’t worry. Finally on the day the dry out was done they told me I had to call the office to schedule the rebuild. I had been told by Brian the rebuild would start immediately and Chris implied the same many times. They both made me believe they had to do the rebuild since I started with them. Chris also promised when I learned they would not do the rebuild right away that they would at least sheet rock so I didn’t have open walls for my pets and also the heat loss. That didn’t happen either. During the six weeks I waited for my now scheduled appointment to re-​build, I learned a lot about restoration from water damage. I learned I didn’t have to use this company! So, I started getting estimates from other companies. They were about ½ of the price this company quoted. I got the job done by another company.
They are bad news!!! They over work their employees well into the night, two nights till midnight. Chris is too busy playing soccer (or some game) to think he needs to answer questions. He even accused me of asking to many questions, but he didn’t say that. He said, «you seem to know more about my business than I do». That was because I was questioning how the job could be done the day after dry out when the flooring wasn’t ordered, when the paint wasn’t purchased etc… They don’t want questions, they want money!!! They scam the insurance companies by over charging and they lie to you and intimidate you into thinking you have to finish the job with them. Don’t use them…
move on… as soon as you can.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We had them come out to look at a leak that had got into our walls. They told us that insurance would cover it. We believed them since they are the «experts.» They tore apart our entire kitchen island and we were left with nothing. The insurance people came and said «no, we do not cover it.» We were left with a bare kitchen and very distraught. The company left us with nothing and then had the audacity to send us to collections for them destroying OUR kitchen. After doing much research on this company, I have found out that they try to scam insurance companies all the time. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I would highly recommend Emergency Restoration Experts and I want to thank them for getting the job done quickly and efficiently at my home including and even better, doing all the work in helping me out with my insurance company paperwork.
I had a toilet overflow in my master bathroom. Unbeknownst to me, it had been leaking for awhile. When I called a plumber out to repair/​replace toilet, he informed me that I had a bigger problem because the seepage had penetrated the drywall and baseboards. I was referred to ERX and by the end of that day, I had the wet drywall removed and large dryer fans set up. Literally, within hours the process of fixing the problem had already started. I was amazed and grateful.
I met with Chris A and he started the process with my insurance company. The insurance adjustor came out to the house in a couple of days and estimated what the job should cost. Between the two of them, all the paperwork was worked out without any problems. I was so happy not to have to go back and forth between them.
Within less than 3 weeks, my house was back together! And the workers that were sent in to replace drywall, paint and re-​install the carpet that was rolled back in the adjoining room were quick, efficient and professional.
Other than not being able to use my master bathroom, the entire experience was pleasant.
While I hope I never have to use them again, I would definitely recommend this company if you have a need to due to water damage or fire.

On January 7, 2014, my water heater exploded in my condo and I was referred to this company by MC Plumbing and thats when I met Bryan. He came out and did an estimate and put all of the equipment to dry out the water in my house and he decided to speak to my neighbors in the downstairs condo to see if he could get extra business. I was unaware of him adding my insurance claim number to these people’s paperwork until I received a letter in the mail stating that it was a liability claim. I immediately contacted my insurance company who in turn contacted Emergency Restoration and stated the by law everyone who has an apartment or a condo is responsible for their own unit and they were only paying for my unit since I wasnt negligent on the water heater explosion and I took care of everything right away. Emergency Restoration stated they understood and will seek payment from my neighbors. I then received two bills one for 1494.83(my neighbors and it said liability claim) and one for 1237.17 which was my bill. I contacted Emergency Restoration and let them know that I was only paying for myself not my neighbors. The insurance adjuster stated that they were only covering my unit. The HOA insurance representative came out and also stated that I wasn’t negligent and in the state of Nevada everyone has to have their own insurance it is different than automobile insurance. I spoke with Bryan and he stated once again that I am only responsible for my bill. I paid my bill April 1 1237.17 with my credit card. Then in June, I received another bill from Emergency Restoration for an additional 257.66. I immediately contacted them and stated that I wasn’t paying for my neighbors bill because it would total 1494.83. They stated this was my bill which I never saw an invoice proving that. The invoice I had physically was my neighbors bill totaling that amount. My insurance adjuster called and stated they were going to send another check out totalling 257.66 for the difference which I did not agree to since my bill was paid for 1237.17. I ended up paying the bill in June with my debit card. Here we are in October 2014 and I received another bill stating that I owe an additional 1237.17 and they threatened to put a lien on my property. Now they figured they would get reimbursed for the neighbors work and in the meantime my bill was neglected after I paid them already. They forged my name and claim number on the neighbors paperwork and deceived them and now they are trying to get extra money off of me when I did my due diligence and took care of everything. I called and left them a nasty message and I also called my insurance company since Bryan was so desperate for business he decided to defraud Metlife insurance. I demanded for my money back 257.66 since I wasn’t paying for my neighbors place. Emergency Restoration should just eat the charges to my neighbors since Bryan played claims adjuster and promised things that never materialized on behalf of an insurance company he doesn’t work for nor does he pay for. Run from this company far far away they are scam artists and should be forced out of business and put in jail for insurance fraud. They are so desperate for a penny. I will fight them legally since I keep my documentation I will contact the a Federal Trade Commision along with the Better business bureau. I would give them a zero if I could this company is awful and will drain you out of money. If you had any work done keep your paperwork because they are scam artists but never am I off guard. I emailed this company my credit card statement and bank statement showing proof of payment and emailed the original invoices they sent me. Not all customers are stupid I deal with insurance for a living so they messed with the wrong person
