We contacted this company over 4 weeks ago to replace a window struck by a golf ball. We were not in town, but that made it even more important they help us because our house was vulnerable. They did not respond to calls and when they did they said they would go right out there and give us a bid. When they finally did we gave them our credit card to purchase the window and we told them exact week we would be in town. «No problem». 2 weeks before we were told it had been ordered and would definitely be there when we arrived and they would put it right in. Well after calling another 4 times we were told maybe they could install it the last day we were there and it had not come in.. They showed up late in the afternoon the day before we left and quickly shoved it in and replaced the screen. The window was dirty and they left black oily hand prints all over the woodwork and window frame in areas that are hard for me to get to. I would never ever use them again. We live out of town and were given their number by another vendor. This one small bedroom window cost us close to $ 400 so they were not cheap.
