Cheyenne Rock

We’ve been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience with the customer service or receiving the wrong rock. Their prices are modest and they have a wide variety of rock/​dirt to choose from. They’re very conscious of how they pour the rock into the vehicles and all these years have never made even a scratch to our truck, and because of this our business only goes to this place when getting rock or dirt.

Ordered ¾″ rock a week before my husbands birthday party 8÷21÷14. They dumped 5 tons of 3“minus. I say minus because we just dug into the pile today! I called them and emailed them pictures and asked them to remove it. They did not respond. I can’t use this size so it sat for 6 months while I tried to find someone to give it to for free. No takers! I needed it gone from the front and ended up paying someone to move it elsewhere on the property. We couldn’t believe what we found under the top 6″ of rock! Red dirt/​mud as we had rain last week. So basically they sold me 2.5 tons red dirt & 2.5 tons of the wrong size rock! Not only do I feel victimized a second time… I will continue to give horrible reviews equal to their Horrible treatment of this customer!!! NO STARS
I used to be in the same business. There would be no excuse for dumping this garbage and not appeasing the customer! Channel 13 call next!
