This company as a whole is ridiculous I’ve never been with a bank who looks for as many excuses to take your money… Never again. Us bank and chase have treated me very well and I will stick with them.

Very unimpressed. They have one teller only at the first of the month. Waited in line for over 35 minutes. When multiple people asked why there were no tellers the greeter told us everyone was on their lunch. I don’t understand why they need a greeter when they could have had 2 tellers. Someone had over 10 cash deposits and they still kept her as the only teller. One person in the back of the line made a scene and said she was going to leave her money and leave the bank. She actually got pulled to the front of the line and was helped. She might have been there 15 minutes total. I guess the moral of the story is make a huge scene so they take care of you? What makes it worse is their greeter/customer service persons attitude. She deflected every single complaint instead of being apologetic about the wait she was going into how many required hours they have and talking about labor laws. Zero customer service. New management necessary

Always a long line with only one teller. Come on and schedule 3 tellers so you have coverage for breaks!

I usually only come through the ATM. However, I have been inside on a few occasions. I have not had any issues. I like this location because it has never been busy any time I go, whether through the ATM or inside. When I did go inside the service was average compared to other locations I have been to. Nothing spectacular, just the typical service you receive at other locations: Professional.

today was my first and last visit. we have a mortgage loan through b of a and i have made the payment myself at 2 other locations no problem whatsoever. some lady who sounded scottish, first attempted to help with a slight attitude i did not at ALL appreciate. «how can i help you» «i need to make a mortgage loan payment.» «ok.” long pause as i set the money on the counter. unsure what she was waiting for i finally said, its not under my name its my husband. ‘ok do you have a receipt’ um, no? ‘do you have the account number’ no. then with a heavy sigh and an attitude, she replied «ok then lets start with what you DO have.» so i snapped back. «THEMONEY.» ‘hold on.‘ as she gets her manager. ‘she doesnt have any information and she wants to make a mortgage payment.‘ so miss manager now partakes in this inconvenient situation. she tells me that without my name on the account and without an account number she cannot accept the money. how odd. i have made the payment myself on three different occasions in which all that was asked was what the name on the account and address to the property was. her response ’well we cant do that.‘ so i went to two different locations with no problem and now you guys suddenly cannot accept a payment because i have no information you claim to need? ‘well those locations are not following procedure.‘ so you mean to tell me out of three banking locations all over town, you are the ONLY store following policy and procedure? i highly doubt that. first of all, very unprofessional to throw the other locations under the bus like that, and second, the original teller that was helping could lose the attitude. then on top of that an employee NOTEVENINSIDETHEBUILDINGATTHETIMETHESITUATIONOCCURED, chased behind me as i left. lady, i already spoke to two different associates and made it real apparent you guys were inconvenient as all hell, you really think i wanna stop and speak to you? i have shit to accomplish today, and because your bank is SO great at policy and procedure, i now have to go to ANOTHER b of a to complete the transaction. which i DID by the way. thanks for nothing, Margarita.
