Dont fall victim to this company. I wasn’t dissatisfied with the cleaning that was done (I even sent my mom to this company to get her floors done) but I am extremely disappointed that Ralph promised that all work was guaranteed and that if the grout in my floor got dirty after it was sealed that I could contact the company and they would come out for no charge as the services were under warranty from the company whose solution Ralph used. When I made my appointment for the following monday I was told it was no problem. I waited and waited and no one ever showed up. I left several messages for over a week and no return call. to this day I cannot get the company to contact me back or make good on what they promised. So much for «under warranty». I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB also and I hope that people dont fall victim to the same «warranty» that I did.
