If I could I would give them a 0! I called to inquire about some rose boxes and the ladies were extremely rude, especially the one in the background. I have never purchased anything from their store, however if their customer service is any indicator of their work, I would NOT go there! The funny thing is, I am also looking for a florist for my wedding, and was going to inquire about a quote as well. Oh well, they just lost that account. Rude! Rude! Rude!

3 years ago, is when I really should’ve written this review. But I wasn’t much of a Unilocaler. They did all my corsages & boutonnières for all my high school dances since I was freshman. I first found out when a friend of mine recommended my date to his mom that used to work there. Ever since then had my dates go there to easily match with the boutonnières I was getting for them.
After high school I came to them for all my Mother’s Day flowers & for my grandmas GET WELL bouquet. A little pricey but they are fresh flowers & what they advertise is what you see. They’re honest if the flowers you chose are a little small (seasons change, & flower sizes differ)

I give this business 5 stars because they were very nice expescially donna who explain things to me I purchased a beautiful flower arrangement at the last minute on valentines day. Extremely grateful they were open and still had flowers for sale. Very talented individuals that work there. I will definitely be back.

Received flowers from here that died within the first two days. When I went to the shop to ask for another set since my husband spent near $ 100 on the first set, the clerk said it was my fault for not watering properly. I explained to her that I am very familiar with the upkeep of flowers and there is no way these should have died this quickly and I simply wanted to receive a new set in place of this one. Before I knew it, the owner/​manager and clerk were literally yelling at me saying it was my fault and because my husband purchased them and not me I couldn’t pick a new set. They did eventually credit his card back. I have never experienced customer service this bad and have never been approached by such an aggressive staff as I did while I was here.

They’re the best! Last year I received my corsage from here it was amazingly beautiful. This year my sister ordered a boutonnière it was amazing. I also ordered two boutonnieres and the staff was very friendly, they helped me create a custom boutonnière.
