Just Love total hair salon. They are all professional and fun. I have Sarah as my hairstylist and she does a fantastic job .She’s great with color and cut. all the ladies are friendly and do a wonderful job. I encourage everybody to go to Total Hair Salon. You won’t be disappointed.

We moved from Los Angeles to North Kingstown a few months ago and my sister an I found Total Look when we arrived. Since then we have been «Totally Hooked» and adore Newport Megan (there are two Megans, both great, but we started with Newport Megan and love her!). I get roots and occasional highlights, and cuts, and couldn’t be happier. The entire staff is friendly, on time and it’s just a nice place to go to get your hair done.

Michelle– seriously lies awake at night thinking of her clients’ hair. Great stylist.
The whole place– a warm, fun place to be.

I have been going to Total Look Salon for about 6 months. It has always been fine, I never left feeling overwhelmed but I wasn’t typically disappointed either. The price was right as well. However, today was a different story. I’m had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 pm. I arrived on time, walked in and sat down. There was no one at the front desk, but there were 4 other employees working and walking around, Not 1 employee… including my stylist… acknowledged that I was there, didn’t say hello, I’ll be with you in a minute… nothing. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me before finally walking out. I am extremely disappointed. I realize they may not be the most expensive in town, but with service like that I don’t feel they deserve any of my hard earned money.

I’ve had so many negative experiences with hairdressers doing what they think is best, not what you want. I’ve bounced around so many times and I have absolutely found the right salon. I came in wanting highlights and they were kind and accommodating. I had one single picture and they came out perfectly! She got a feel for what I wanted. I will definitely be back!

After spending way too much for a trim and an ombré at an upscale salon in Providence, I found Shelby at Total Look and won’t go anywhere else. I was pretty unhappy with the ombré I received elsewhere, the ends were looking brassy and orange. Not cute. I went in to see Shelby after many recommendations and I am so glad I did. I’m not a «hair girl» per se and just brought in a bunch of pictures, gave her a description that was extremely hard to decipher and what I got was better than I could have asked for.
Not only am I very happy with the results but I was happy with the salon and, most importantly, Shelby. I’ll definitely be back.

My daughter has been to Total Look Salon 3 times for dances and proms, and has always left there beautiful. The ladies there do such a great job and really take their time to find out what kind of look you want. Isabella cannot wait for the next two times that she will be going. Keep up the good work ladies!!!

I went into Total Look yesterday and Shelby did a fabulous job toning my hair. Plus everyone at the salon is friendly and always has me laughing!

My husband and kids got haircuts here today and the stylist, Shelby, did a fabulous job. Will definitely come back.

I just saw Megan for the first time today. She is great! What I like about her the most is that she is very confident in what she does. I am delighted with my new haircut and I booked another one right away. The price is very reasonable too. I have paid a lot more for less at other salons. Thankfully I have found someone that I like who does fabulous work…

I had my hair done by Megan and when I tell you I am sold! She did an incredible job. Go see her and let her do her magic because you will not be disappointed. Price was lower then many other salons but the results were spectacular. When the person in the seat next to you looks at you and says WOW you know its good!

I have been going to Total Look Salon since May, 2010. I was looking for a new salon at the time and they were exactly what I was looking for. The first experience I had with them was a Coppola Keratin Treatment, which I was very satisfied with. Being so happy with my initial experience I decided to stay with them and have been happy with the level of service ever since. They are very friendly, professional and reasonably priced.

I have been getting my hair done here for about 3 years and I have always been extremely satisfied. Magan, my stylist, knows exactly how to cut my hair and whether I’m getting highlights, lowlights or an entire color change my hair is always flawless (I tend to change my hair color alot!) The prices are reasonable, on par with what you would expect to pay for a great service. They also do nails, waxing and massages.
