We had selected Signature Pools for the install of our new in-​ground pool and couldn’t be happier with the decision. From the very beginning of the process, Brian has been the most straightforward contractor we have ever worked with. His responsiveness throughout the entire installation process through, and beyond, the opening of the pool this year is unbelievable. He was direct in all his answers to our questions and provided valuable insights for the entire project. Brian even addressed an issue I had with a patio contractor — taking time out of his schedule to see to it that our overall project was a success; another example of how Brian went above and beyond! The start of the install was right on schedule and completion was done ahead of schedule even with Brian /​team doing extra work for us. His crew worked hard and were a pleasure to have. In closing, Signature Pools /​Brian and his crew demonstrated excellent workmanship, unparalleled customer service and advice, as well as a true commitment to the customer.

These folks are great with service and all my other pool needs. From the owner down to the laborer everyone is respectful and pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful pool season

BEWARE!!! One of the worst companies with whom I’ve ever done business, if not THE worst. They did a horrible job on our pool. Used shoddy materials and performed shoddy work. When it became clear how awful a job they had done, they went radio silent. The owner, Brian, has to be one of the most dishonest people I’ve ever encountered.

The service here is just terrible. They do not value customer loyalty. I had to practically beg for a return call from their service department, without luck. After two months I found a different repair company. I had spent a few thousand dollars at the store, each year, for hot tub supplies. I will now take my business elsewhere. If a local business like this one wants to compete with
in selling supplies, they have to be courteous to customers.

Still great customer service and technical help. Super-​helpful friendly people. Very happy that these folks help me keep my pool crystal clear all summer long. Always happy to give them my business.
