Food portions huge delicious and fairly priced. Lots of seating with the patio and bloody Mary’s and mimosas. Eggs Benedict and pancakes were very good. This was our first visit and we will be back again!

A very big breakfast. I had strawberry stuffed French toast with a side of sausage I really didn’t need. My friend had sweet potato pancakes. Both were Hugh. They were both very tasty. A very small home town dinner with very reasonable prices. I went twice I liked it so much.

Food was delicious, service was very slow. No refill on our coffees, waited so long for butter we got up to get it ourselves. Just need more staff

The location is really very pretty. The deck outdoors is also quite nice with a lawn for kids to run about. The whole train idea is charmingly executed also. The service was quite possibly among the worst that I’ve had ever. I’ve been a server myself in the past for about 7 years, and I like to think I’m pretty low maintenance. I get that sometimes a person might make a mistake or get behind since it’s totally happened to me before. However, it seemed like the waitstaff was just moving at a slow steady pace as my breakfast date and I sat at our table waiting over a solid half hour for a menu, a drink, or some kind of acknowledgement from someone who worked there. Nothing. Finally, as we were ready to leave in frustration, the hostess caught our eye, poured us some coffee and asked us to stay. A few minutes later, our waitress listlessly showed up with menus as though nothing had happened. I’d have actually been okay with the wait if they had just apologized or tried to explain. I’d even have been okay if it looked like the waitress was trying in some way to catch up or seemed to be having a specially bad day. No such luck. By this point, we were starved and figured we might as well just get a meal and have done with it. The food itself was fine. It’s nothing special or exciting, just a solid pleasant diner breakfast. The service stayed the same through the whole meal. It seemed like that was just the way all of the waitstaff moved there. I know I’d have been fired for moving that slow or treating people that poorly anywhere I’ve worked. It’s been the first and only time I’ve left a poor review or a tip below 20% anywhere ever. I’d also agree with the prior reviewers that the whole place could stand a deep clean.

Love getting breakfast here. A little pricey but overall fresh ingredients and good flavor. The sweet potato pancakes are amazing! The coffee is typical diner coffee. The building is starting to show it’s age and could probably use a good deep clean but it’s still acceptable. The staff is friendly and efficient. Plenty of parking.

Nice! We will try it again. Wasn’t the best but lots of potential and reasonable prices. We were there on an extremely hot summer day. There was a window air conditioner running which made it bearable. Food was ok, not fantastic.

I was not impressed! My eggs were over cooked and the pancakes my friend ordered were not good. The tables on the porch are falling apart and the wood particles were all over our pants. The wait staff were friendly.

It’s okay. Clean. Pleasant staff — well intentioned but not well trained. They buzz around the counter area and while it looks like a lot of activity is taking place it’s not. Plan on a long, leisurely breakfast of very average breakfast food. While psyched for the sweet potato pancakes they were rubbery — victims of being over-stirred. So, overall, average uninspired but clean and friendly. Your mileage may vary.

One of my favorite places when visiting family in Rhode Island. Good breakfasts and brunchy things; lots of rich comfort-y food. A very reasonable place to have lunch. I guess the building is the converted station for an abandoned railway. Lots of train-themed stuff. There’s a model train in the main room, ask for them to run it for you!
