Piggies & Cream At The Point

Well where to start first manden hit me up and was like yo let’s get some piggies I was like sure so we go there and u know what bo grace was working. So I ordered a pulled pork and some fries with a shake it was so good and than we got some to go. After that we went outside to enjoy some ice cream with their outdoor seating it was raining but who cares. So what we got Aids there who cares. But it’s great access to the highway and parking us not the best but good.

The pork burgers are amazing, the homemade root beer is the best I’ve had and their homemade ice cream is the best. Prices are very reasonable. They should be on DDD!

Brutally honest review right here. This place has the potential to be good BUT I have a feeling that the cooks here don’t have the slightest idea what they are doing. The orders take a long time to come out and are wrong. Ordered two meals with two different sides and they sides came out in the wrong baskets. Chicken strips were over fried and dried out. Very greasy. I’m not sure how you get them almost blackened and still soaked in grease. We ordered large sides and I ordered a large drink and a bottle of root beer. What we got was two 20oz drinks and no root beer, but a fountain Coke. In my opinion 20 oz is not large! We got a very small serving of fries and a small serving of fried pickles DEFINITELY NOT a large order worth $ 3.99 extra. Potatoes are cheap people! Prices are WAY too high for the portion size you get. I’m not sure what these people are thinking but they need to get on the FoodNetwork channel and watch some episodes of Diners, Drive-​ins, and Dives and get an idea of what this place should be like. You can charge a premium price if the food is actually premium…

Great ice cream! The nicest staff in all of North Judson and Knox. Maybe just a little pricey and although I’m not a fan of the food I have to mention that many many many people out here are. I don’t care Ill continue to go there for the ice cream, awesome company, and service:)

A FARM TO TABLE QUICK FOOD RESTAURANT! THOSE TWO PHRASES USUALLY DON’T GO TOGETHER. They raise their own pork for their pork burger! All their breads are freshly baked! And their KOUTS, IN. location has a bakery! Happened To be passing by as the other reviewer said. I would go here every day so I’m glad I don’t live near them. Best creamiest homemade ice cream ever and I am an expert. I had triple berry and the chocolate snickers was not sickeningly sweet if you can imagine! The fried pickles even though not hand breaded, were excellent. But the real treat is their homemade fresh bread rolls stuffed with mozzarella cheese. They were closing and still were very gracious to let us order. Customer service like this you don’t get from chain restaurants! I will go out of my way to go to both locations. I live in Chicago. Nearby is BAILEY’S DISCOUNT CENTER, larger then Costco and full of bargains.

OH MAN, I wished I lived near by, we just visiting and stumble across it on our way back on the back roads. Old Diners are the best. This one is GREAT!!! The Pork sandwiches, and milkshakes, awesome! If I’m ever back there again, I’ll be sure to stop a few times and get some to go.
