I really enjoyed living here. The only reason I am moving out is my roommate and I are parting ways and Vineland Gardens only has 2 and 3 bedrooms.
Our apartment is very spacious, has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, washer, and dryer in unit. Each bedroom has its own FULL bathroom.
The staff has been exceptionally helpful. While arranging the move from out of state they were on point with all the papers and information needed. Our shower head broke and it was fixed same day. Our freezer was acting up and it was fixed quickly also.
There is a pool, hot tub, and mini gym (just a few cardio machines and minimal weight equipment)
It is a good place to live and in a fun location.

HOOD GHETTO in the Valley! Initially impressed by the monthly rent, I should have known better. This place was a HORRIFIC headache! The walls are paper thin and you can literally hear everything in your neighbor’s apartment… kids playing, sex, music, midnight bathroom walks, etc. REdonkCULOUS! I lived in the front unit on the second level so I got traffic from the street, FIRE STATION next door, people upstairs, and ghetto boy down stairs (UGH with all his foot traffic). Management is blah and sexing up all the neighbors. Shame on them.
