I am a professional photographer and my husband makes all my frames. We have been purchasing framing supplies from Valley Moulding and Frame for 4 years and we are NOT big spenders! No matter how small our order is, we are treated with respect and efficiency and really appreciate delivery out to Ridgecrest when we can’t make it to North Hollywood.

The young guy who «helped» us was cheerful and acted like he knew what he was talking about so we walked away convinced we were doing the right thing.
We waited more than two hours for the guy to input the numbers into the computer in order to figure out the frame sizes. He got the numbers from us after we went over the formula with him and triple checked our results with him before ordering. When the numbers were settled, even though we picked plastic frames and mat board on sale for half price, the bill was over $ 2,500. I balked at the price but my partner was sold on this place by another artist so I sucked it up and waited for the order to arrive.
Before the order arrived, we had to pay an extra $ 250 because of a mistake they made in cutting the frames. When the order came, we were charged a fee for delivery which we were told would be waived because of the size of our order.
We opened the packages to begin assembling our frames for the exhibit we’re having only to find every single mat had been cut incorrectly. We’ve had to take every single piece to a framer and pay him to redo all the mats. In addition, because it was so close to our opening, we didn’t have enough time to do the framing ourselves so we had to spend the extra money to have those done.
We found out Valley Moulding is owned by Aaron Brothers.
