Hands down the BEST place to rehearse, jam, debut your band or album, record your session or make a music video, in L.A. If not ALL of California!
Zack, Yael and Maureen make you feel like part of the family and you will enjoy every second that you are here. The spot is safe and secluded, plenty of parking excellent P.A. and lighting and tons of inside space to spread your wings or orchestra style band.
Give this place a try and I promise that you won’t be disappointed.
It’s MY favourite place to be even when I’m NOT jamming!

This place is awesome! Great P.A., lots and lots of gear for days. Very private location nestled right in a Noho. You can store your stuff here and feel safe. Plus, there is no one else jamming next door and there is plenty of space to park your car. \,/
