You guys, pretty bad customer service. The lady I talked to on the phone was rude. I was so nice too, it’s very sad. I honestly wouldn’t give them my business because of it. Happy Friday :)

Get my Peter’s melts for my candy business, along with other fixins and a few molds. Their selection is pretty good.

Bought a pound of milk chocolate, a mold, and foils for my mom’s 50^th birthday party all for $ 10 bucks! I’m sold! See you guys again soon :)

Frank made chocolate party favors for our wedding that were not only pretty but delicious! He took the time to add special details that we weren’t even thinking about and now photos of those favors are in our wedding album. Highly recommend this place for every day and special occasions!

All of the times I have bought and done business with these guys, it’s always been a good experience. I’ve bought chocolate by the pound, have bought molds and had some ordered for me, and have had boxes of their strawberries and chocolate covered oreos made for gifts. Everything has been delicious and the staff has always been courteous. While there might have been an occasion or two where they didn’t have a particular mold or flavor of chocolate on hand, they always went out of their way to make sure that they would get it in for me, and in a timely manner. A mom and pop in the truest sense of the word, and I mean that in the most charming and positive way possible. Very reasonable prices, especially considering it’s not a big corporate store. Check them out!

I must say this company has the worst customer service and has no regard for the needs of the customer. Not only did the «owner» completely disregard and order that we placed but when our company arrived to pick up our order and shrug their shoulders as they told us oh well. (yes this happened)
On a sanitation and quality standpoint the kitchen is absolutely filthy, they work in street clothes amongst their personal belongings and clothes packing chocolates and confections that visually look delicious but they use the cheapest quality chocolate on the market.
When I expressed to them the mistake that they have made and the lack of communication they played me and my partner against each other and blamed everything on us. Then they retreated to their fake chocolate cave started to talk false about my partner and I and our lack of communication and snicker back-​and-​forth.
As they laughed away explaining that they have been in business for 30 years and they don’t need our business. This shows their lack of growth and their lack of concern for the customers needs.
We will be calling the Better Business Bureau and I hope this review helps others to see what this family hand-​me-​down business truly all about.
By the way there are many other suppliers in the San Fernando Valley that have more variety of products and a cleaner and more organized environment.

This is such a great place for those who like to make their own candy crafts. I was thrilled when I found this place because I grew up making seasonal chocolate crafts with my family, but didn’t know where to do in town to get supplies. Now I love this shop and the staff is always so helpful. They have a large stock of chocolate colors and a huge selection of molds. This is a hidden gem.

Super friendly service! While considerably more expensive than where I normally go (Kake Kreations), they have a nice selection and they are a lot closer to me so I’d definitely head back there.

I really enjoy this store and love that it is around the corner and the staff is so great. Lots of mold selections, lots and lots. Super, super sweet staff. I do wish they kept more non melting chocolate on hand, in particular white — but they are still 5 stars with the exception of one — I wish they had better hours. The hours KILL me. I always want my chocolates for a Monday or Tuesday, seem to run out of melting chocolates Saturday after close as the only time some of us have to devote to candy making is the weekend — and end up with half Merckens (yum!) and half Wilton’s from Joannes (eh). Can’t they stay open one night a couple hours after some of us get off work? or have longer weekend hours? Or be open Monday?

If you like to make your own candy then this place is for you. They have every sort of chocolate mold you can imagine. And if they don’t have it, they can make it. If you don’t like making candy then they can make it for you. Frank is the choclatier to the stars and has a wonderful imagination. This isn’t a candy store where you buy Gummy Bears or gum-​drops, but if you want to learn how to make them this is the place to start. Every ingredient imaginable plus classes for kids and adults makes this place a hit for sure.
