Horrible costumer service one of the employees was outside on his phone Nicholas M. while there was a wait for service. He then came inside and was not remorseful Another employee had to have him come in and help. They only have one computer to tend to costumers and it seems they don’t have the knowledge a traditional sprint store would have.

This review is for sprint part of the store nothing wrong with radio shack but i specifically went in there for sprint as i walked in i was greeted by the store manager Jason i explained my situation to him and asked what he recommened that i should do he helped me from start to end and with the best solution i had ever thought of. He was very knowledgeable of phones and he answered all the questions i had he was very patient and very helpful i walked out with my brand new samsung galaxy s6 and honestly i recommend this store for all your sprint needs
