First time experiencing RCC’s service when I was recommended by my lawyer who sends all of his clients to Peter, and it was as good as it gets. Their personal tow truck driver drove to my house and picked up my car which was not drivable. to take to the shop, and they also worked with my insurance to pay for a rental, so I was not in any frustrations or worries for not having a car.
The damages on my car took about a month and a half to fix. I only wish they didn’t keep getting my hopes up by calling in every other week and saying it will be ready by «the end of the week» when really it took a few more weeks, but they did an incredible job! The wait time was a little too much, but it was well worth it for their amazing job. It looks brand new, and every part is stock and directly shipped from the Toyota dealership. Peter also fixed minor scratches and dents that were not a big deal but he did it anyway just for safety purposes. Thank you so much RCC!

This auto body is as good as it gets. Peter and his staff are extremely helpful, honest, and you cannot beat the quality of their work – it’s amazing. I recently was in a car accident, and took my car to Reliable Collision Center for the repairs. I had pretty extensive damage to my car, and Peter and his staff made all the repairs in the most professional and skillful manner possible, and I had my car back in perfect condition in no time. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of car repairs. I’ve had many friends and family go to RCC and they always do a great job. Thank you Peter!

To start… this shop has just wonderful customer service. You really can’t get better than Peter at Reliable Collision Center. I have been very leery of autobody shops and have never found a place to fully trust until I had a car accident and Peter at Reliable Collison helped me out throughout the whole process. My car unfortunately was totaled, but throughout the process he has been professional, reliable, very informative and they do what they can to be accommodating (even when I live very far they were willing to bring the car to me if it was fixable) They did all they could to save my car and although it’s a total loss, Peter has been wonderful and trustworthy!
I was given their information from the tow company that picked up my car from the accident and I am happy that they gave me Peter’s information.
I fully recommend this shop! You will be given the respect and honesty when it comes to your car!

I have been going to RCC for over 7 years now and I refer everyone I know to go to him. The owner (peter) is a very nice person and he is always very helpful. My entire family goes to him and he always does a great job. He always finds a way to help no matter the circumstance.

Took my car to them a few years ago and they did a great job and took care of everything very fast one of the guys even gave me a ride home. I have been taking my cars to them for a few years and they do a 5 star job and have great customer service.

I was recommended this place and I would recommend this place to other people. Peter is very helpful and very reliable, not just a company title. Peter helped me with my collision and truly returned my car to me very quickly and swiftly. What’s even better was the fact that they delivered my car to me because I was unable to go pick up my car, and even delivered after hours because I was at work. I would definitely fix my car with Peter again.

These guys were great! Just like some of the other people here, we got referred to them by Alex from Pacific Motor Center (which is also an amazing place for anything under the hood). My wife got in a minor fender bender. She was rear ended by someone and her insurance company, MAPFRE, was terrible. They were hard to get a hold of and didn’t make anything easy. Well, Robert at Reliable was AMAZING. He took on all of our headaches and handled everything, even helping arrange a rental vehicle for my wife. He really went above and beyond. The final work looked great as well. We would definitely recommend them to everyone.

These guys are top notch! They were referred by Alex @ Pacific Motor Center. Had a minor bumper crunch and they ordered the part, matched the paint and installed the new bumper at a fraction of what I expected to pay. Robert was great, really cared about treating his customers right. Even gave me a ride home after I dropped the car off. I can’t say enough good things about this company!

My car has been hit 3 times this year. First time I got hit my friend recommended I go with RCC because he had a great experience and peter did an amazing job with his job. All three times my car was done perfectly and no one was able to tell I had been hit. Peter also never suggested to use after market parts and was persistent with my crappy former insurance that everything used will be original parts. That is one area that I’m not tolerant about. I also had these guys paint my trunk lip and not only was the job amazing but the price was very fair.
If you want an honest body shop with top notch work I suggest you look no further!!! Thanks guys!

This place was highly recommended by a friend of mine who owns the same make of my car. I just received my Porsche Panamera back today. First and foremost this particular company repaired both of my bumpers 100% as they should following the correct steps and criteria using high quality paint, clear coat and material. Lets start with the service. The outcome of both repaired parts were flawless as a dealership would. I received my car back in good time and many minor scratches were improved and touched up as they promised they would do. I even asked they replace a side marker bulb and they did. which most places would forget. I have driven a bmw, rangerover and now porsche and from my half dozen experiences i think this has been the best all around from product, customer service to professionalism. Peter is an honest guy, hard working and I’d feel guilty not to send business his way and atleast repay him in some way or another. I will def. use Reliable as my full time go to place for any auto body needs moving forward.

This is the 3 rd time I had to deal with Body shops .i never thought of this kind of bodyshop exist and this kind of service. If you been in a car wreck and you need a. bodyshop to take your car to this is the place to bring. When I talk to my insurance company and I told them all took my car to Reliable Collision Center they were very happy that I made a right decision. I had few estimates and they told me it’s going to take we few weeks to fix my car. Pet Got my car ready with in 6 days and the quality of work I can’t even tell where the car got hit. Thank You Pet

I will never ever go to another body shop Peter and Robert put a big smile on my face after I went to pick up my car once I saw what quality work they did from service to super professional quality work 100% satisfied they just gained a lifetime customer I recommend Reliable Collision to everybody these guys know what there doing and this is coming from a super picky person especially when it comes to my car.

I’ve been to many body shops before, but none of them compare to RCC. These guys did great work and provided excellent customer service. They have definitely become my number 1 go to shop. You will have a great experience.
