While on a recent excursion while shopping for bathroom vanities and faucets, Polaris stood out in the faucets department. At the end of the day I went back and purchased two chrome faucet sets. The staff is friendly, and their prices for faucets of that quality is extraordinary. If I need faucets for other projects, I will certainly go back.

Our contractor suggested we visit Polaris for our Master Bath Vanity. We had been to a couple of other places and were not impressed with the sales tactics. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Zack and he spent hours with us while we worked out every detail of our new bathroom. In addition to a wonderful custom vanity, my wife found the bathtub of her dreams, we purchased the tile for the shower and floor as well as a second slab of Carrera Marble to fashion the show sills and bench out of. Their pricing was reasonable. I’m sure they’re not the cheapest around, but you do get what you pay for. I can’t say enough about Zack and Cat. They were always responsive to our concern. When we had an issue with the Tub Filler be bought from them, Zack immediately ordered the correct one and swapped it out a day later. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any bathroom or kitchen remodel I plan to do. Because anyone can sell you a vanity or a tub. But very few are 100% behind you throughout the project.

I came into Polaris while in the LA area looking for vanities for my bathroom remodel. I’m from the Orange County area but I am so happy I made the trip up. Bathroom remodel can be very challenging and confusing (especially for a first timer such as myself). I had to find a vanity for an odd length bathroom. gentleman by the name of Zack helped me from the minute I walked in to the minute I bought the item. He helped me build the most amazing custom vanity built to my bathroom specs. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They have vanities, tops etc. if your looking to remodel stop by, they saved me a ton of time and more importantly money!

We found Polaris on Sherman Way when we were looking to remodel our bathrooms. Zack helped us out in picking out 2 vanities. We had shopped around in that area for a bit, but most places had pre-​made vanities that they were selling. Polaris built our vanities based on our needs. Zack was very helpful and he made the process very easy. We are now thinking about having Zack and Polaris do our kitchen when the time comes. I would recommend Polaris for your remodeling needs, ask for Zack, you’ll be glad you did.

I shopped from Polaris for all my bathroom vanities, kitchen accessories, tiles and lots more. I’m very happy with my purchase. They have the most beautiful and affordable items. I have and will recommend everyone to shop there. The customer service is great. Zack, Andre and everyone else were great help. I will go back if I need anything else.

I walked in Polaris by accident while looking for a vanity for my master bathroom renovation. I was greeted by Zach and Kat with a bright smile. Zack helped me design the perfect vanity and made numerous suggestions that a home owner doing this for the first time wouldn’t know. He spent more than an hour with me and I never felt rushed. There was no pressure sales pitch from anyone. He delivered the vanity 2 days earlier than promised. I also bought some wood floors from him. There were issues with The wood floors, but they were all my fault. Zach did not hesitate and fixed all the problems. I made numerous phone callsbut they never sounded irritated with any of them. They were very professional, courteous and helpful. I would recommend Polaris home designs to anybody, whether professional or amateur. I will definitely use them again in my future renovations.

We are about to remodel our guest bathroom and stumbled upon Polaris Home Design while driving around an industrial looking section of North Hollywood. We had been looking in several stores and were attracted by the sign advertising «Design Your Own Vanity». Not only did they help us to design our vanity, they helped us to design the whole bathroom. We ended up purchasing the vanity, the sinks, the faucets, the bathtub, and the tile for the shower. When we couldn’t find a pre-​fab slab for the top of the vanity at their store, we found one somewhere else and they purchased it for us and picked it up from the other store to put on the vanity they custom-​built (and it’s not like they don’t have a large selection of slabs there). If you don’t see it, in their very nice showroom (which is completely unexpected from the outside) they will order it for you and beat any price. Zack and Kat, were amazingly helpful, creative and really seemed to care about our project.
The ultimate proof of their ethics is when we opened a box of tile that had been delivered a few days before and discovered the tiles were damaged, one call to Zack had him replace them at no cost to us… even though I had signed off on the delivery without opening the boxes (bad idea) and Zack had every right to say «You signed off on the delivery as delivered in good shape, it’s your problem». I knew he wouldn’t do that and I was right.
I would recommend Polaris, and especially Zack and Kat for any of your remodeling needs. They really care.

Started off good experience but the tiles didn’t install well We had to tear them all up and purchase another brand

We had been looking for a new floor to put into our office and had done a good deal of research. We found Polaris just by driving past their location and stopped in. We can’t say enough good things about the team who helped us. Kat was extremely helpful and Zack took our order yesterday and had the floor delivered today (he told us 5 business days to be on the safe side). We are very very happy how everything was handled and the price even beat what we were quoted from a number of other businesses, including Home Depot. THANK YOU for being professional and service minded. We have a lot more work to do and will be back soon.

Came here to get flooring installed. It went from a 3 day installment to 6 days. They left holes in my walls, the molding was uneven and the floors were not measured and cut properly. When I complained to Aram he just blamed it on his workers. He never came to my home unless I complained and even then I had to ask him to come and see the mess. If you value your home don’t contract this place.
