It took me a while to find someone who understood how I wanted my hair without me being upset/​depressed after they were done cutting my hair… But then I hit up Lily and we set up a time & day (She is also good at confirming the appointment, making sure it works for both) I was running late… I contacted her & she was okay with it & was really sweet about it. =]
I told her my vision of how I wanted my hair cut/​dyed… I wasn’t sure how to explain how I wanted the teal/​blue color in my hair to come out but she understood very well as an artist how I wanted the color in my hair to come out! The Results were phenomenal, I was VERY pleased/​excited about my new haircut & the sparkly emerald pick a boo colors under my A-​LINE CUT! :D
*I loved when she out this lavender stuff in my hair before she blow dried it, it smelt really good & I instantly felt soothed/​relaxed*
I had a wonderful experience, the hospitality was great… I was offered french pressed coffe & some vegan pasta bc I didn’t have time to get lunch! Bless this wonderful lady! for everything.
Of course I recommend Miss Lily to anybody looking for hair or make-​up! She is absolutely a treat!

I found Lily through Unilocal because I needed someone in Burbank to do my makeup for a event. I shot her a email and she responded quickly! I was so surprised she heard of Vampira and that is who I needed her to do my makeup as. I was going to Monsterpalooza in character and I needed someone skilled to help me achieve this. I read the reviews on here and saw pictures of her work. I was impressed. Lily not only showed up early but she had her act together. She quickly set up and began the process. She cut and styled my wig perfectly and aced the Vampira makeup! I will post pictures of the AMAZING job she did. She made me look just like her! She even gave me some lipstick on the go. A ghoul always has to have fresh painted lips. Great job Lily! I look forward to meeting up with you again sometime! You are such a fun person and very professional. THANK YOU!

I love Lily! I was an actress on a series and Lily did a wonderful job giving the (admmitedly somewhat weird) character a very distinct makeup look that remained new, but also consistent throughout shooting. Definitely recommended.

Lily is fantastic at what she does. I was on a shoot with her, and my hair went through many evolutions over those 2 days. She not only kept it looking as crazy as it needed to, but kept me from looking shiny on camera. I recommend her to anyone who needs hair and makeup, in a production or just in real life!

Lily did makeup for my last film, Hearts and Minds… it had A LOT of different elements i.e. skin tones, weathering, night, day, beards, age… it all looked great. The film is being well received in festivals and Lily’s work is a big part of that.
Most importantly, she comes with ideas to make the project better. She’s proactive and easy to work with. We shot on location and on set and she was there, prepared, and professional yet friendly.

Lily does wonderful work. Her personality is amazing. I had my hair and make up done by her in the past and it came out great.

I only let Lily and Rory do my hair ever. They keep my tresses tamed and lush!
