I’ve known George and Karl for 30+ years and they have always been very honest, helpful, and trustworthy. Throughout all these years they have helped me with many of my machines. Overall great people and great service. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Needed to replace the printer head($ 400). After replacing that they said I had to replace the carriage(another $ 400). After a month I received the printer back and I still can’t make prints. Now every time we print there are black judges all over the prints. I called and they said the ink system needs to be replaced… another $ 400… These leaks didn’t happen before. This was not an existing problem. We could’ve almost bought a brand new printer by now.

I work from home and normally need to keep 2HP printers up and running(1 backup) becasue I tend to break printers. I ripped out a spring from the bottom of my HP Photosmart and it herniated some rollers. It was a sad mess. I called a few printer places but House of Business Machines sounded like my only glimmer of hope to get my personal size printer fixed. Most places deal with large office sized printing machines. The diagnostic fee for my small machine was $ 25. I wanted to fix the printer if I could do it under the cost of buying a new one. Also, this has been one of my favorite printers thus far. My ink was out and they asked that I buy ink so that they can test the print head. But before agreeing to that I wanted an idea if there was hope for fixing my printer. They said there was, so I went ordered ink. They even directed me to buy off brand ink to save money, since we still didn’t know how much it would cost to fix it. Alas, I got a call that they would only charge me for an hour labor to fix it. My printer was only with them a total of Wed-Mon. — they got me sorted in 4 business days. Stoked Customer.

I had some issues with my cheap Epson all in one printer and was referred to them by the Epson customer service team. I brought my printer by and they refused to service it. Why? Because it would cost more to fix it than to buy a new one. While I wasn’t super happy with this news, I respect these guys for being straight with me and turning me away when they could have at least charged me to evaluate the printer or to try to fix it. I appreciate the honesty and will visit if I have any other issues.

Hands down… The best They are the best for things that need to get done. Not just in regards to warranty exchanges, but getting business jobs done on printers, and in a timely manner as well. For any of my printer needs, I recommend them. Period…

House of Business Machines is one of two outfits Epson send me to, I went there after the service center that was close to me just destroyed my confidence in honest and fair business. When I came to HBM from start to finish the service department took care of my me with honesty and integrity, now I have my printer back in working shape and the pricing WOW I was amazed so fair and in line. I would recommend HBM to all my friends and family. MUST give them a TRY.

I have been dealing with Gary and George for more than 15 years now. They are knowledgeable, helpful and always around when I need them. They have always done me right. The heavy duty HP that I purchased from them almost 11 years ago is still running like a champ thanks to the servicing that they do. They are not the cheapest place in town, but do you really want the cheapest operator working on machines that you depend on every minute of the day? I feel that I have always gotten a fair deal from them and will continue to do work with them in the future.

Great customer service by knowageable and techincally capable people who get the job done. Of course HP wants you to buy a new printer every 2 years, but there was nothing wrong with my commercial unit. I took it in and met with Gary, he cleaned it up and it runs like a clock printing nearly 5000 copies per month. Well worth the few bucks spent to re-furbish it.

George at House of Business Machines renewed my faith in customer service. When our printer started spewing ink a mere 2 weeks after the warranty expired, we were told by the manufacturer it was out of warranty. We took the unit here for their $ 25 evaluation. George called the manufacturer numerous times and fought on my behalf to secure a replacement unit. He’s a true professional and runs a great business.

I called in a printer technician, let him know that we needed our printer fixed as quick as possible. Three days later I was still waiting for him to get what turned out to be the wrong part. So I called House of Business Machines. They were quick, knowledgeable and very professional. Thanks guys!
