Copper Goat Confections

Copper Goat is amazing! They were our first choice for our wedding and produced an amazing array of sweet both delicious and beautifully designed. Our theme was a mix of classical, rustic country/​nature, with a sprinkling of geek, and these ladies totally nailed it. From the cake with beautifully designed edible plants, the delicious spread of sweets on the dessert table, to the incredible lavender caramels for the guest tables, Rachael and Bethany got every thing right.
I can’t say enough great things about what they created and how easy they made it for us. We got to have everything we wanted, right up to the Star Wars sugar cookies! If you’re looking for an amazing experience as well as unbelievably delicious desserts, look no further.

Just went to the Copper Goat Confections Beer Pairing event at Tony’s Darts Away for LA Beer Week and it was awesome. Every beer was paired perfectly with a dessert and it was a great idea after I wacked a couple sausages and IPAs for dinner. The idea was super unique and well executed and I think most of the people in attendance last night got to try CG’s dessert pairings and everyone was very impressed. Hopefully, they will be able to do this again at Tony’s because I think it was a huge success and very tasty.
CG’s desserts are so well executed and diverse that I think there is truly something there for everyone to try, no matter your taste or preference. Their beers pairings are so unique and well done, I think they should take this idea to other bars/​pubs/​beer events in the area.

I used Copper Goat for my wedding cake and I couldn’t be happier. I was a bit nervous taking a gamble on a new company but it was the best decision.
I’m normally not a big cake person so this wasn’t the most important part of the wedding for me but their cake knocked my socks off. When we went to our tasting we had a really hard time deciding because all the flavors were so good. We decided on pumpkin since our wedding was in October.
They were able to make the cake look exactly how we wanted and even added a few things that really made it look complete. Bethany overheard me complaining about not being able to find the right cake topper and offered to make us one! That was great since it meant everything went together perfectly.
I also tried some of their caramels and they were also crazy good. I can’t recommend them more highly!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Bethany and Rachael. They provided an incredible dessert display for a birthday party I planned and came up with extremely creative ideas to fit my idea of «booze-​themed desserts.» They were a HUGE success and talked about all night! Bethany and Rachael not only make incredible, innovative, and beautiful desserts, but they are so easy and pleasurable to work with. I will absolutely be using them for future events!
