Adcom Kitchen & Flooring

Ordered floors and were promised they’d be ready to be picked up on Friday. We were told orders take one day. Floors not there when we came on Friday afternoon. We came back again Saturday morning, our floors had still not been delivered to store. So we left several contact numbers with store employees and requested to be contacted as soon as our floors arrived later that day. Store closed on Saturday, no one called us.
I just called to leave a message tonight requesting someone please call us tomorrow (Sunday) morning to give us an update as to where our floors are and how much longer they’ll be delayed. The store doesn’t even have an answering machine or voicemail that allows incoming callers to leave messages.
Who does business like this?

I’m not one for writing reviews but I had to for Adcom. From the day we walked into the showroom to the completion of our project, we have been met with professionalism, great customer service and an amazing work ethic.
We needed our kitchen counters and backsplash done. We chose the granite, and the pricing was much more competitive than other places I had checked. Tony came to our home to give us an estimate. I have to say that he truly worked with us and our budget to make it happen for us proposing options that would not compromise our vision but still come in within budget.
We needed a new kitchen by Christmas, and it happened. Each of the workers that contributed their handywork to our kitchen were professional, did a wonderful job and on top of that, they were kind and respectful of my 81 year old mother who lives with us. If we had a question, I knew that Tony was just a text or phone call away.
The whole project, start to finish took 4 days and we were able to enjoy our beautiful kitchen this Christmas. I can’t say enough about Tony and his crew. We’re very happy we chose Adcom Kitchen & Flooring!

Made an appointment for 11:00 to come to my house. I called at 11:30 and
said no one is here yet. Owner said he will be there in 10 – 15 minutes.
I left at 12:15. No one called or showed up.

Adcom is amazing! I just got my kitchen and bathrooms done from them. Both of the receptionist were very helpful as well the owner. He is great, he really wants to help you and has great prices! I went to several stores before coming here, and not only did they have best prices, they did an amazing job installing as well. So convinient, so friendly, and always on top of things.

I have a home project that seems to be getting bigger every other day. Tony and the girls are the best. They’ve been helpful, patient, personable. It’s been a really good experience working with them. Tony is honorable, has unbeatable prices and is easy going about getting anything I need.
