The worst service ever, called many times because of good reviews on Unilocal to get an estimate, left a message not a single call from them finally after a few attempt the lady name Connie gave me the boss cell phone number still the same results

Jason was honest and very nice to work with. He did a great job. A very quick response when it was very hot and the unit was not working properly. I would only call him for any heating and air needs in the future.

The first two people told me I needed a new unit. Simply Heating and Air let me know during a standard tune-​up that my line was clogged and he was able to fix everything at no additional cost.
Then my a/​c quit working. I called Simply Heating and Air at 730pm and he was here at 9am the following morning; he found and fixed the problem before 930am.

This gentlemen (haha) has taken an oddly long time to get back to us about fixing a small heater. Now we dont like or use our central unit because we have a few members who are sick with severe allergy problems to sensitivity issues caused by central heat. We had asked Jason to call us once he had ordered a part or figured out how to fix. the heater. It has been a month now and the only thing we’ve been told is «use the central unit» WTF??? Was he not listening when we had informed him why we dont… Buddy if you cant be bothered to be nicer to your customers i’d advise you to not conduct business. In any event you do decide to get back to us, dont expect me to rehash this review. Your first impression has cost you a customer.

Great service! Our air conditioning went out and within 24 hours it was back up and running again. They really try to work with your time frame instead of giving you a time when they will be there. They should me what was wrong and did jack up the price because the repair was done on a Sunday.
I will definitely be using them this winter to service our heater!
