Matthew’s Sofa & Mattress

Every time I go furniture shopping at some corporate owned furniture place, I hate those annoying sales people all in my face trying to sell me an ugly couch. So on my first visit here, I was expecting the same. However, I walked in to Matthew’s and the owner (I guess he named the place after himself) greeted me and my boyfriend and then let us shop around, but was attentive when we needed his assistance. The prices were very reasonable and some of the couches were very high quality. It was almost surprising to see this type of quality in North Highlands.
Anyway, I wasn’t feelin the ones he had in store, but he gladly showed me the many different options I could order through the catalogs. I found this amazing couch set, which was similar to one he had in store, so I was happy to know how comfy the couches would be already. I ordered it in a tan and black. I asked if the couches could be delivered that weekend, when I would have time to accept the delivery, and Matthew was very accommodating. Everything went smoothly.
So I’m happy, my living room is happy, and my cats are happy.
I’m eyeing some new dining room furniture, so I will definitely be back…

Great customer service and amazing prices. I purchased a mattress here that was great quality, super comfortable and a very affordable price. The owner is there and is very helpful if you have any questions. Delivery is very quick. Great place to go for high quality affordable furniture at a great price.
