So i was on a short time schedule with locating a self storage unit for a furniture delivery. i had done my research and came to Extra Space Storage Britney was very patient and helpful explaining what the terms and conditions of the 1st month free promotion. she took the time to show me multiple available units and even researched online pricing for me to save money. int he end i felt very comfortable with them and she made it easy for me to decide if i wanted to go with them no pressure i am very happy with the assistance i was provided
as soon as you walk in the office the wonderful smell of a glade plug-​in greats you, and makes you feel at ease
PDF style paperwork is a plus everything is easy to review and access as an attachment to your e-​mail

They have signs that clearly say the first month is free but when you go inside and ask about the free first month they say that promotion isnt being honored this month! Then take the signs down! Its plain and simple false advertising, just to get you inside.

Do not rent here! 4 rent increases in less then two years. Not only that infested with cock roaches. And everything in my unit that is boxed is damp and toppled over because of the dampness. Don’t waste your time or money. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere!

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Storage units are clean and well kept. The price cannot be beat! Security is top notch. Highly recommended.
