Watch your bill(2 stars), location(4 stars) thus the 3. Waitress upcharged us last night. Ordered glass of cab and she put theist expensive @12.99 on the bill when I wanted the one that was 7.99. Also, had two coupons and even though both applied she used the lesser. Upcharging on the wine to get a bigger tip. If one pays correctly no need to do that on the coupon since the tip should be pre-discount. The upcharging left a negative in my opinion.

It takes awhile to get your order. It is hit or miss I enjoy their salad bar. It was great. The burger was typical. Nice server very friendly. The bathroom needed to be cleaned. I had to wipe off the counter before I washed my hands because water was all over the counter. I always keep rubber gloves on me due to my employment so I did not mind cleaning. I had my child with me and we dislike germs. Bacteria grows in standing water.

Going downhill based on my food selections of burgers and fish. Kids menu items are also declining based in child’s experience.

This was my second time going to Ruby Tuesday, the first time was more than 3 years ago the first time I went I said it would be the last! This restaurant is over priced and portions are small. The water was horrible the soda tasted awful, can I say you can taste that the soda was fountain soda for sure… I wasn’t even sure if I was able to go to the salad bar, the waitress didn’t say anything so I just assumed the salad bar wasn’t apart of my order. The table was sticky, the baked Mac&cheese tasted as if it were the same as the children’s order just sprinkled with cheese then thrown in the oven. The tarter sauce was the worst tarter sauce I’ve ever tasted. I decided to go back because I had seen commercial advertising new entrees but I wasn’t impressed enough to go back a third time.

Not the best, not the worst. Our sever wasn’t the most attentive, which certainly brought down the whole experience. Seeing as it was lunch time, the food came out very quickly and was good and warm upon arrival at our table. The best part in my opinion was the side of mac&cheese my S.O. got and let me have. All in all, a quality lunch date on a Friday.

You get what you pay for. Portions are too small in my opinion. Service has been great. The only bad thing is they sat me at the booth near the kitchen and the registers. All of the servers were hanging out in that area and were loud and obnoxious. I overheard them talking badly about their customers that they are waiting on. It was uncomfortable and I couldn’t maintain a conversation without hearing them.

I went here for lunch today with a $ 5 salad bar coupon. Very warm and friendly hostess greeted me. Got seated at 11:50AM. My server Gary came right over, took my order, and I hit the salad bar full speed. Looked like I was the second person of the day to give it a try. Everything was fully stocked and super fresh looking. When I got back to my seat my server was dropping off my mug of ice water and a plate of piping hot rolls. Nice touch, this dude was a pro. I also liked the fact that he didn’t ask if everything was all right. I was there alone, head down and plowing through two killer salads. Even a blind man could see I was doing just fine. This RT is way better than the dark one I usually go to at the Trumbull Mall. I liked how bright and clean this place was. I feel like this is only a partial review because all I ate was the salad bar. If I’m in this area around lunch I will definitely hit this spot again.

Truthfully. The most redeeming quality about this place are those little croûton bites of amazingness at the salad bar. love them. I’ve been to this location several times and the food is decent. The last time I went I ordered the chicken tenders with a side of mashed potatoes, salad bar, and a mixed drink. Their drinks are really sweet in general which I’m okay with, but I’m sure not everyone feels that way. The mashed potatoes were good but the chicken tenders were overcooked. It’s your average Ruby’s nothing special other than their above average salad bar. For a chain… it’s adequate at best.

I come here alot, I love the salad bar… until today when I observed an employee cleaning the salad bar with strong smelling windex. Not trying to eat that. Other than that, good as usual.

Serves is alright sometimes I don’t get my second drink after I finish my food. It is slow but at lunch time they are a little bit quicker. Have to ask for plates and silverware a too.

I usually run from chain restaurants, but with my 6 year old in tow during a shopping day, we ended up here. I was very surprised to see really light menu items. I ended up with grilled shrimp, green beans and steamed broccoli, which was not what I was expecting from a chain restaurant at all. The service was slow, but to be fair, it was a holiday, and quite busy. They had some hefty calorie items, as to be expected, but I was shocked to see some alternatives, which is typically difficult at a chain.

Food: I wouldn’t call it food, as much as I would a ’ product ‘. The steaks are fatty. The main courses are overpriced. The salad bar is incredible, the appetizers are tasty. I tend to ask the waitresses to make sure my food is hot. Service: nothing wrong with the waitresses at all. There is a hostess however, with big wide– blue eyes– cute little thing– that is a little she-devil. You can feel the tension in her voice and the anger is her so called pleasantries. She’s one hostess I would not want greeting my guests. Bartenders, and waiters have always been super cool to me here. Environment: quiet, dark, peaceful, some nice flat screens, and its in a pretty good area. A lot of shopping nearby. Cost: Like I said, I could do without some of the entrees. Too much bling for my thing.

Kudos to our server Krystal. We had a group of seven people and she handled it like a pro.

It was okay, nothing amazing but okay. I went in there wanting something light to eat with really no options the menu other than their small bites with their salad bar, which to be honest looked gross. We started with drinks and I tried their white sangria, which was just barely drinkable. My significant other got the chicken parm pasta which looked like cheesy pasta soup to me but he enjoyed it. I went with their sampler appetizer platter for myself(so much for going light) and enjoyed it but nothing out of this world. I had one wing in there that was a 1⁄3 in size of the rest, it was baby size kind of freaky. Our waiter was attentive but this place had nothing making me want to go back. I remembered when I was a kid I would often get loaded baked potatoes at the one in the Meriden mall and how much I loved them, should have stuck with what I knew =).

I honestly remember a long time ago that Ruby Tuesday was a great restaurant. At some point, they raised their prices and put a bunch of crap on their menu. To say that the food and service is mediocre at best would be putting it mildly. I honesty go there trying to order something good, like the salad bar and quesadilla, and then end up feeling disgusted with myself. How could a quesadilla be so oily and gross? Why did I even order one? I also put a lot of different foods from the salad bar onto my plate and then look at it later and wondering honestly why I thought any of this looked good, because it tastes like misery. Also, I don’t need our slick waiter apologizing twice for being a few minutes late to take our order, not know what beers are on tap, and then not even looking at my iced tea to see that it is empty after the food comes. Also, what is with those cheese rolls? Who came up with these? Does anyone think they are good? Do people only come to this Ruby Tuesday because the Friendly’s is full. And why doe the lighting make me feel like I am in a dungeon? I don’t want to be in a dungeon; I just want to eat dinner and get my iced tea filled!

The was the worst dining experience I ever received. I ordered buffalo wings and asked 3 times for blue cheese besides the drop that was left on my plate as if my plate was dirty. I never received the blue cheese, my girl friend order cheese and bacon on her potato and never received still after 3 times asking also. The manager never came out, I never received a refill on my drink. And how sanitary is an open salad bar to be stationed in front of the entrance door. Every time the doors move or people move sends dust, dirt and whatever is floating around to land on what people are about to digest. This place needs to be closed down…

Went for dinner last night. Our table wobbled, but we aren’t one to complain. We called ahead and were able to put ourselves on the wait-list line. There was a 30 minute wait which we actually ended up waiting 15 – 20 minutes by the time we arrived. I got the 3 sides as your meal deal and my boyfriend got a burger. He said his roll seemed kinda stale, but I thought maybe it was pressed in a machine to heat it or something. We both got the salad bar, twice. There was a line for it the 2nd time around. I think having the salad bar directly when you walk in is kind of an odd set up. So everyone waiting to be seated gets to watch what you’re getting. I had a 25% off food coupon which was emailed to me, our total was like $ 28.

This is a Ruby Tuesday just like any other, but I figured I should write a review about it so that inquiring minds know my opinion. I really like Ruby Tuesday’s because: 1. Unlimited salad bar. Their salad bar is really good and I always go back for 18ths. 2. Really good appetizers. I especially like the boneless bbq wings. :D 3. Endless Fries. Need I say more? Sadly, back in the day, we used to hit RT’s hard. I’m talking colossal burger(a triple-decker burger with fries), unlimited salad bar, boneless bbq wings, and a megarita(this like ridonkulous margarita). I don’t even know how I’m still alive because there was so much food it was simply dumb. But, I had an awesome time so… win?
