Horrible customer service, rude and dishonest. I tried to ship a perfume and card to my mother, told the lady what it was and she asked me to fill out a form, waited in line again. Then the man told me WEDON’T SHIPHAZARDOUSMATERIALS! Okay… Asks me to open the package and check to see if there is alcohol in it(obviously, It’s perfume). Being that I know some FedEx locations can’t ship perfume, but most will ship it ground… I asked if there is another one I can ship it from. He completely ignores me. I asked again, sir can you please help me, can I ship this any other way? He responds I AMHELPINGYOU and acted like a complete a****le, in front of 10 other customers. I went to UPS next door and shipped it ground for less. Safe to say I will never go back there. They need to train people on basic shipping knowledge and customer service.

Dishonest and unethical. Today I just got 2 «attempted delivery» notices for 2 different packages from 2 different drivers who didn’t attempt to deliver the packages at all. I was here all day. This is not the first time that this has happened — but 2 in one day is a new record. The door buzzer rings my cell phone so no chance of a missed«attempt». After spending hours on the phone with the«Customer Advocacy Team» the first driver came back and managed to ring the doorbell this time and give me my package. The second guy just didn’t bother and the Customer Advocate Team member who I spoke to was no longer there… the guy I did speak to was simply incompetent. When I asked to speak to somebody in charge he told me «nobody is in charge»… Maybe that’s the problem.

They did the same to me too!!! I was told I could pick up package next morning then on my way down that morning I get a VM saying I can’t and that i was misinformed… Honestly THEWORSTSERVICEEVER. After this whole debacle of me waiting for package to arrive on my doorsteps it never did because some rep did not change back the service in the system to «deliver» not«pick up» since I couldn’t pick it up anyway. I specifically called that morning of delivery asking why the tracking online still says«pick up» and he said he’ll «change» it to deliver. I got home and NOTHING. I called again to hear some dushbag saying there was a mis-communication on my part! As if I was at fault for calling and inquiring on where my package was. I’m never ever using you guys again because you all need to change you f****** attitude on customer service delivery.

second day waiting for an important package. I just watched the truck drive past my house(again) without even slowing down. It amazes me that they don’t have any kind of checking built into the delivery process. I will do everything I can in the future to use UPS instead. At least they will actually deliver a package instead of just driving by.

Worse service ever. They told me I could pick up my wife’s package, then when I was on my way there they tell me I can’t. The driver didn’t deliver the package because«the address didn’t exist»… but he did deliver the door note the day before! Apple called them to release the package to another office, they said they would… and then another person said they didn’t. On top of that, extremely rude people. Stay away from this place if you can.
