Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My car was stolen recently and needed a rental quick, the manager John who works there was AWSOME and put me in a vehicle within 15 min. Great service and great vehicle. I’ll be returning for future rentals. I’m more than satisfied

This arrangement did me no justice. My trip had took a different turn. I had spoke with the «Owner/manager”-John– over the phone in regards to my set up date. Everything seemed fine. No additional extras were mentioned except the regular papers/​license needed to leave with their vehicle.
I go inn and was hoping to be greeted correctly –also, I had a question or two I saved for –John– in person. He happened to have 1 customer in front of me and I over heard a sales rep on the phone in their office in the back. I would of waited patiently if I would of known what happened next…
This Bimbo rep rushes off the phone to greet me in a LOUD unpleasant way… I don’t know if she was having a bad morning? So she then told me the requirements I needed to leave with the rental. I already was told by John the night of-​so I pulled out my license and papers, she then started a disagreement in a obscure manner telling me that my (utility bill) was not up to date. I mean, I get it… BUT WHY NOT TELL ME THIS CRAP BEFORE I GET THERE? WHEN I SPOKE TO JOHN I MADE SURE I WAS TOLD ANY LOOPS THAT I NEEDED TO BE AWARE OFF! APPARENTLY, JUST THE REGULAR.
I ended up looking up their policy when I left, it was true– but was it really necessary to react in that rude manner? He SHOULD OF WARNED ME. I WASTED ALL MORNING TRYING TO GET THERE! I told her that the balance was paid just not updated on paper… she wasn’t hearing it! Just wanted to disagree with whatever I said. — I tried explaining for 10 minutes-​but she then over and over talked over me in a LOUD manner. I then moved aside and looked over to John– who was still busy with customers. I decided to walk out. It was too early to argue with that mess of a representative.
For future bookings HERE, make sure your utility bill is updated at zero– WITH BILL PRESENT– SO if you choose to go to this location though. Plus, watch out for Miss skinny legs/​fake boobs/​big horse mouth over there… she was very disrespectful and had no customer satisfaction guarantee whatsoever. She just wanted me to leave! There was no «hey, next time». Never again

For a small rental car establishment the staff are excellent. I needed to get the car fast due to an appointment. They expedited the process for me and had me on my way quickly. They had to vacuum it really fast as the car was not ready since I got a slightly larger car than reserved. Patrick took initial reservation and also processed me when I arrived. He is extremely cordial and professional. Employees have great customer service. I highly recommend this local rental place.
