To start off, I have not had my bike fixed at this shop as I have done all of my own maintenance thus far on it.
That being said, I had a stuck bolt in one of my parts. Every other shop said «tomorrow» but Steve the owner said he would try to get around to it. Lo and behold, he fixed it that day for me! He is a heck of a guy and very thorough in his details. He fixes most Japanese and European motorcycles specifically. His sign might be small, but don’t pass up going to CT Cycleworks if you need any bike servicing.
