Just received my most recent purchases from Wigert’s — 2 ficus neriifolia and a group planting of dwarf black olive (bucida spinosa). The bucida made a very nice little tray planting. Having bought ficus elsewhere in the past, I was expecting small specimens to arrive. I was extremely pleased with my purchase and have two nice trees — one 16″ tall with an 18″ canopy, the other 14″ tall with a 16″ canopy, both with 1″ trunks, each for $ 25!!! Excellent service — Andrea communicated with me repeatedly as we discussed various options for me to buy. Looking forward to my next purchase!

Wigert Bonsai Nursery is one of the best Bonsai growers in the country. It’s a small family business with extraordinary quality. You can find really beautiful stuff there. Andrea and Erik are super friendly and knowledgeable. They offer classes and do seminars, including international events. Location is wonderful. They really take real pride on everything they do. If you’re interested in Bonsai this is THE place to go. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, an eager to help. The amount of plant stock they have is amazing. They also have tools, wire, fertilizer, classes, etc. Great place!

Owners are extremely knowledgeable. Pre-​bonsai and bonsai plants are reasonably priced. Shipping orders is an option but I highly suggest you visit the nursery. A classroom, a store with tools and pottery, and a bonsai garden round out the facility. Very personable friendly service keeps you wanting to visit again.
