Shangri-La Salon & Day Spa

Shout out to Allison Braverman! This woman has saved my eyebrows from furry depths of despair. I have followed her from her time at Andre Robere and have been with her for at least ten years. She is talented and works with me to adjust my brows according to what I’m feeling like.
My favorite is that she is so warm and welcoming! She has given me makeup and skin care tips. Her facials make my skin glow too! She only works Wednesday’s and Thursdays but it worth making the time to see this aesthetician.

Not impressed with this place. I called to try to book a massage, nails, and facials for my bridal party with about a month and a half advance. When I called they took all my information, and the woman I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I felt great about the whole thing and was told they would call and confirm everything within a day or so. Now I waited a week and heard nothing, and on principal I found another spa. Someone called me back THREE WEEKS LATER, to say «oh sorry we can’t do your appointments…» I am lucky because I found someone else a lot better with customer communication but the thought that if I had assumed everything was happening (which is the sentiment that was given to me by the receptionist) I would probably not have been able to have this pre-​wedding day experience with my girls, and that would have been really unfortunate. If you say you are going to call back, then do so.

This a review for Allison Braverman she is the best eyebrow person /​esthetician in the area. I am so lucky to have found her and I follow her wherever she goes. She also does amazing facials. If you need amazing eyebrows go see Allison!

Rebecca did my hair for my wedding and my bridesmaids and my mother. She was FANTASTIC!!! She was recommended to me by a friend and did not disappoint. The trial was perfect — reasonably priced and she is willing to work with the customer to get the style exactly right. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely ask for her the next time I need a perfect hairstyle. Thank you for making my wedding day absolutely fabulous!

Shangri-​La is an awesome salon. You will get a warm feeling as you enter and be well taken care of. Coffee, wine, water is your choice. Sandi is a professional stylist who does a terrific job!
