This review pertains to the Print Shop and their ability to process shipments via FedEx. I moved out of state and left a couple bags behind with a friend. As the semester drew to a close she needed to unload my bags, which by that time I’d totally forgotten about, until it was her last day on campus. I called up this Office Max in a frenzy and was assured that she could walk in my luggage and pay for and have a label created for them on the spot at the Print Shop. That’s exactly what happened, too. I received my bags in less than the proscribed two days, and at a much lower cost than I initially imagined it would be. Way to go to these guys for getting it done whilst I was having a meltdown trying to figure out what to do without a label. I highly recommend them if you need to ship something via FedEx, as the Print Shop acts as a FedEx Kinkos.

Standing in line and waiting… and waiting — not one single acknowledgement — no sign of customer appreciation. I wonder if they know who pays their wages. Not deserving of even one star.

Nothing spectacular about this location. Not many office max stores around any more. Employees are young and not much help. I only ran I to this store for a stapler when u was in the area. The store is older but maintained. Doesn’t smell great. Prices are average, no great deals.

Nothing really wrong with this one, but nothing great about it either. Located right next to a subway it smells of bread as soon as you walk in. Large open aisles as most, racks of $ 20 year old dos games, and some sweet chairs you can have spinning competitions in.

AVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOSTS!!! I went in there in a rush and wanted one form printed from a USB drive and the charged $ 3.50 just to open the drive!!! I was under the gun time-wise, so I paid. I will never go to this place again. In fact, I will never set foot into another Office Max again, ever. I’m taking all my future business to Staples.

The previous Unilocaler summed up their printing services quite well. The«IMPress» desk is run by morons who can’t tell a printer from a toaster. The prints suck and are over-saturated. Orange=brown.(I recommend driving up to Kinko’s in Middletown, RI.) (And they charge a fee for opening your file. Yes. For accessing the actual thing you need printed.) The store itself? Average. Quiet. Their associates are helpful, I’ve never had a problem with customer service.

the bad: the«impress» section is run by idiots who know nothing about printing. and they need to clean their fucking printer. the good: half off clearance! well sometimes. i got a lot of paper that print out with normal, non-yellow-streakfest colors. if only i could afford a color laser 11×17″ printer… sigh…
