The shades look beautiful! The owner came out the week I called to show samples and measure my windows. It took 3 weeks once I ordered the custom shades for them to be shipped and get installed. Very happy with the results so far– but I’ve only had them for a month. 4 of 5 stars because one blind came in the wrong size and it took a bit of tracking down to get that final blind installed. Woman who answers phone in the office is very pleasant.

Arranged for a consultation by owner Steve Murphy. He came to discuss repair of a remote controlled blind. That was January 23rd. I never heard any follow-​up. I phoned about 8 weeks later and left a message with a clerk. Still no response. Now it’s April 13th. Moving on… Thanks anyway, Steve.
