FULLDISCLOSURE: I don’t have any pets, so the only reason I am familiar with Dr. Kruesi’s work is by seeing him work with other people’s animals. Dr. Kruesi is also my friend. Note to Unilocal filter: this is the kind of review you want to weed out. If traditional medicine isn’t your thang or just hasn’t worked for your pet, then Dr. Kruesi is definitely your main man. He will work with you to figure out a holistic solution to whatever ails your poor pup or stricken kitten. Dr. Kruesi’s strongest suit is diagnosis. Check the website for examples. He is an expert in nutritional medicine, and will perform an analysis of blood chemistry to figure out what is lacking in the animal’s diet… then recommend supplements or diet changes that will both address any visible problems and promote long-term health. Best of all, he can work with you REMOTELY from another location if you can provide appropriate lab tests. Actually he tells me many of his clients are in Brooklyn or California, and those places are not very close to Clarendon, Vermont, so he hasn’t met them in person, only on skype or facebook. He is also trained in animal chiropractic care and acupuncture(yes! you need to see this happen because it is so cool). So if you are local, you can take advantage of these things as well. I know what you’re thinking… will Dr. Kruesi work on people? Hell to the no. He’s busy enough with animals, and also hasn’t trained to work on people. But people still ask him all the time. Not gonna happen.
