Have had my bed for a couple weeks. It’s neither better or worse than a typical bed. Not sure it’s worth the $ 2,600 I paid for it. When you watch them put it together you realize it’s all foam and two separate air mattresses. Also they put a foam piece in between the two air mattresses which makes a hump in the middle of the bed. Watching it being assembled makes you feel like it’s cheap. The sleep iq is not worth the additional money.
The verdict is still out on whether I’d get another.

J and I have been looking at getting a new mattress for a while, and were just waiting until we had the money. We checked out Sleep Number a few times, and this location was really really helpful and low-​key. The salesperson often called us to notify us of sales, and when we were ready to buy, we were happy to return. Our salesperson spent some more time with us, making sure we had the right items for us, and we purchased our bed on a Saturday.
Maybe it was our good luck, but the bed was delivered the following Friday — not even a week’s wait! The delivery people were AWESOME. They gave us a call when they were about an hour away, and they set up the bed in about 10 minutes.
We’ve had the bed less than a week now, but I already notice a difference. I know Sleep Number might not be for everyone, but if you are interested in purchasing, I can highly recommend this location.
