We have been using Low Country Property Management to manage our 5 SFD rental properties in the Summerville/​Ladson area of South Carolina since contracting our property management needs to them in 2010, and we give them the highest rating possible.
They are a full service PM company that takes care of everything. They are personable, timely, and do an excellent job keeping us updated on the occasional maintenance need; they have their list of trusted service technicians, and clearly watch out for our best interest on the magnitude and cost of service/​repairs.
Our occasional vacancy, they are quick to assess cleaning and repair needs, quick to market the property, have done an excellent job screening prospective tenants, and we have not lost a dime in rental income since they have been managing those properties. Thanks to John, Stephanie, and the rest of their staff for the awesome job that you collectively do.

Rented a property from them for 15 months. Excellent servjce while living there but they will gauge you with your security deposit. We were able to move into our new home 3 weeks early so were able to spend weeks cleaning their property and even paid a friend to do a thorough cleaning. It was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. Still charged over $ 325 dollars for cleaning bill. I suggest making sure you ask for a walk through or properly document how you left it or you’ll be out of money for no reason.

I have called and left a message but no one has called me back. Hard to give a company a high rating when they never answer and won’t call you back.

I can’t say enough good things about LPMS, they are great. I have been using them for properties since 2008. I currently live in DC and use them to manage two condos in W. Ashley. The monthly reports are great and they just assisted me in remodeling a unit (all while I was in DC).
When there is an issue they always give me options and all the service contractors they use so far have been just as great. Trust me, it’s worth the money!

This is the property manager that i use to care for my house. They are full service and take care of everything. I researched a lot of different managers and this is the one that fit my needs. They take care of things right away. After i moved out someone moved right in. We have been using them since June 2010.
