After three calls for the same problem the best LimRic could do was recommend an entire new duct system for the 2nd floor of our home. After calling their 24 hour service six times on Sunday and getting no response we hired another contractor who put in a new thermostat in ten minutes. Can I give 0 stars?

After recommendations from several friends, we recently called Limric about a problem with our air conditioner. I was impressed from the moment I called. The man I talked with was very thorough in getting my information and asking about my problem. The technicians were on time, and after examining our(very old) unit, made great recommendations for solving our present problem and getting as much life out of it as possible, without pressuring us to commit to an expensive replacement. They gave us good information and allowed us to make an informed decision. We won’t hesitate to call them again in the future.

Find it very hard to believe that any of the LimRic folks could be as bad as Troy H. reports. After having been in owner owned business for over 30 years, we definitely know that folks respond to the way in which they are approached. It’s tough to be super nice when the other side of the conversation is nasty. Read the other reviews on other sites for LimRic and there are few to none that are negative. I think Jason is the fellow who«prices» jobs and we thought he was GREAT. He was honest about the difficulty of the job and the time element for completion. Everyone at LimRic with whom we had contact was so professional. just a little hard to believe he could have been. well. the off color words that were used by Troy. That tells me something about the writer…

Called them because I had heard they were pretty good. Tech arrived on time and was polite and put on booties before coming in the house(love that). I had a list of handy-man type stuff and he set right to it. There were a few parts that he had to take pictures of and he’s been back once to fix one thing. Still waiting on the other… when I call the people are polite and they seem to really go out of their way to make things right. Priced well too.

So I called limric today to schedule a bid to replace my ac unit. The lady I spoke to was friendly and polite and told me she would have a guy call me to schedule the bid. He called and when I spoke with him he was friendly. As soon as I told him he would be bidding against other companies his attitude changed. I told him he would be bidding the job at the same time that another company would be and he got upset and said I can’t do that, that it wasn’t right. I said he could come an hour earlier but I was pressed for time. He got nasty and tried giving me his sales speech about doing the job right blah blah blah. Then he got pissy and said he had enough work and didn’t want to bid the job. I told him he was unprofessional and he hung up on me. I hate to give a bad review because of this ass but too bad limric, you need to hire better people!!!
