Very clean comfortable room for price point. I was very happy with this hotel and location for my first trip to the area to visit my son in Goose Creek at NNPTC. Easy in & out location getting to Goose Creek as Ashley Phosphate is a mess of traffic, also just a short distance to downtown for some site seeing and very convenient location for my 6 am flight back home, less than 20 min door to door at that time of the morning! Didn’t use the free breakfast this visit but there were many guests who looked to be enjoying the spread. I have already booked a room here for April when my husband and I will be going once again to visit our sailor. Thank you for your hospitality and most importantly the clean comfortable room.

I stayed at this hotel because of an early flight and proximity to the airport. The staff was great and we loved the«happy hour» in the lobby with beer/wine and snacks. Though I did not use it, the pool looked lovely and the backyard was beautiful. The rooms were clean, and the morning breakfast was the best free one I’ve seen at a hotel in a long time. They even have gluten-free items for those with dietary concerns. I highly recommend staying here!

This was a nice quiet hotel, and the staff went above and beyond. The first day I was there I was letting the iron heat up and as soon as I began using it, it began making a clicking noise and started smoking — It nearly burst into flames. Needless to say the initial heat of the iron ruined my shirt. The manager gave me a new iron and told me I could go buy a new shirt, bring the receipt back, and they would pay for it which they did. The garden in the back by the pool is gorgeous and secluded, and the breakfast is pretty good too.

In July 2014 my family reunion was held here and I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. We were there eight days and everything was really nice. We flew to Charleston and I rented a car. I have handicap plates and my 93 yr old mother was with me. I didn’t want to have to walk far from my parking spot, so I asked the hotel staff if there was anything they could do. William was so accommodating. He wrote a note for me to put on my dashboard and told me that I could park in any handicapped space during my stay. That was so helpful! The hot breakfast was excellent and available every morning. They had Cinnabuns, scrambled eggs, sausage, juices, coffee, etc. They had hot snacks during the weekdays in the evening, as well. The rooms were clean and they kept them clean. My mother needed a bath bench and they brought it up to us. If I’m ever in the area I’ll be sure to stay here, again. Thanks, William for everything!

Evening Staff was great, Heather I think it was. Comfortable room, great nights rest, and exceptional hot breakfast!

Located smack in the Nonhistoric District of North Charleston, but we’re Nonrich people so we have no problem with that. It’s a 20-minute easy drive to the city, and if you’re coming in from the west you’ll pass it on the way so it’s a quicker destination. Plus if you want to visit any of the greater Charleston area(as we did) you’re going to have to get out of the city anyway. Take that money you save and spend it on some swanky Charleston restaurant instead! The biggest negative you could say about the place is that it’s generic, but with the steep difference in price that made no difference to us. The hotel is well-kept and has a fitness center I put to good use. Breakfast is decent: DIY pancakes(hadn’t seen that before), fresh cinnamon rolls, scrambled eggs and meats, biscuits, 3 varieties of Dannon yogurt, 4 types of cereal, several types of bagels/muffins, and the odd banana. And you’re in a chainy suburb, but there’s an Asian grocery across the street in a mega-stripmall landscraper of a building, alongside a Vietnamese phở shop, and in immediate proximity there’s a pretty blah Thai restaurant that I really hoped to like. But if you’re a pretty blah person, it may become your new favorite place. And we stayed for just over $ 70/night — can’t really complain about that. You’ll come away from this place remembering your stay in Charleston more than the hotel, but isn’t that the way it should be?

Stayed here over the weekend. Check-in was easy enough, but the desk staff left a lot to be desired. The room was very clean, and the hotel in general was clean. Breakfast was good.

This one was«reasonably good.» modern, expensively built and furnished, good location but parking lot badly configured, chechin reception girl was(acceding to my wife) unfriendly and not very competent but all the staff I ran into were exceptionally nice. Mattress seemed to be an expensive latex type but unfortunately I don’t sleep well on latex mattresses so had a poor night. Breakfast was good but rather Imited and finished at 9:30 promptly.
