Came in to day and Loke one of the employee was helping me. There was a line to the door and only one employee helping customers. 2 others were goofing off in the back. Any how I asked for 248oz containers the employee asked«what container»? Ok so you work here and you don’t know what you sell! Next the 2 containers I got were not even full, there was 1 ½ inches from the top. When some one is paying $ 26 dollars for 2 containers of ice cream they better be full. This was the 2nd time I have been here and it will be the last. Bruster’s ice cream has my business for now on they value there customers and they know how to fill the container!

By far this is the best chain ice cream shop around. I’ve been to this location(and other locations) many times and always enjoy their ice cream selections. The ice cream tastes fresh and has great texture. I love watching them mix in the toppings into the ice cream. The staff is generally friendly although some are friendlier than others. On this trip I tried the Churro Caramel Crave with a scoop of banana ice cream. The churros were served warm and were nice and crispy. They were coated with sugar and cinnamon. Personally, I could have done without the cinnamon. It was topped off with whipped cream and caramel sauce. I really liked the banana ice cream. It had a nice flavor and was not cloyingly sweet. Final Thoughts: Love the delicious fresh ice cream!

Great service, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome. Little did I know they were the smiles of employees knowing they were about to gyp me. I love cold stone but this location is super skimpy! Like my love it was more like a kid-sized like it… and I neither liked it nor loved it. See what I did there.

This is really a nice place to sit down or hang out as well. Nice located, we were able to find the Sugar Free Ice-cream as well. She was quick and provide the sugar free, fat free ice-cream. Way to go. Good Service by Amy Branch. She is outstanding and great service personnel. She really cares and goes out of the way to help and provide an excellent service

This is the worst Cold Stone Ive been to. Like one reviewer said, the employees are not the friendliest… and they definitely don’t take pride in their work. My husband essentially got a $ 7 waffle cone bc the amount of ice cream hardly poked out past the white liner — even though it was a «love it.» I didn’t end up buying the Oreo Overload I ordered bc when she handed it to me it was essentially vanilla ice cream. When I asked ab it she said they put 4 Oreos in the«love it» size… So Oreo Overload is a real overstatement here. Cold Stones must be franchised bc the other Cold Stone locations are not nearly as stingy. Someone needs to open a Brusters in this area.

It’s a typical Coldstone’s. The staff is not as friendly as I expect from a typical Coldstone. The icecream is pretty amazing like always.

Nice place to take the kids but kinda pricey. For two small ice creams and a small smoothie it cost us about 13 bucks!!! What can I say? It’s just cheaper to buy your own ice cream and mix-ins and do it yourself at home. But the server is really nice though.
