Oh, Coach — I heart you in the very dirtiest of ways. Even when I just stop in to take a look, I always end up with a new bag in a bag. Sigh.
This trip, they had an extra 70% off of the clearance price. Yes, please. I walked out with a beautiful navy blue leather purse (true navy blue, which I have been looking for for quite a while). The sales associates were friendly and helpful without being pushy, and the clearance selection was very good. The spring bags that were being shown (beautiful Carolina blue color *sigh*) as regularly priced merchandise were 50% off (if I had only sold that pesky extra kidney before going on vacation, darn it).
The only issue that I had was that they didn’t wrap my purse in tissue paper. In all of the years that I have been buying Coach bags, both at the outlets and the regular retail stores, my purses have always been wrapped in tissue before being put in the bag. I was a little bummed about that, but the $ 400 purse that I got for $ 114 helped soothe my soul.

Popped in to see what they have and while we were greeted when we walked in the door, we were left alone when we wanted to be left alone to browse. And when it looked like we needed help, we were offered help. Prices were «outlet» prices, but even for Coach, still spendy. Still… it’s top quality stuff.

I dont know why I had the genius idea to come here. I had never been in a coach store before, and i guess the sticker shock just blew me away. Even with their «50−65%sale» things were still beyond what i would spend of a purse, which was a bummer, There is another outlet in NC that actually has the bags at a steal of a deal… I was just a little disappointed at the selection in this store… Staff was friendly and made sure my 7 months preggo bff knew that coach has baby bags… :) but i guess that store is just a little rich for my blood :)

Great customer service! The employees were very helpful and checkout was quick even though the store was swamped.
