About twice as expensive as Goodyear. Took them 45 minutes to change oil in BMW. Also did not know reset code for oil and said they thought it should reset in its own. Tech seemed helpful up until end.
Taking it down a notch to a two. You’d think with a 107 dollar oil change that I wouldn’t be dealing with a low coolant level and low washer fluid level warnings 3 weeks after my visit.

A representative from Valvoline Instant Oil Change came to look at the car. When the dipstick was pulled it appeared as though to much oil was in the engine. Adam, the VIOC representative drained the oil and found it had antifreeze in it. There was non on the dipstick but the oil pan was full. Adam diagnosed that the car had a blown head gasket. Adam was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.
