Was my first time here, the breaded chicken was over cooked and unflavorful, the Apple crisp dessert had mostly deep fried tortilla barely any apple or the crisp topping and had 2 small scoops of ice cream and the dessert cost $ 6 was a rip off.

We love Ruby Tuesday! Salad bar is amazing, all of their sides are delicious, and food is cooked perfectly. I got the petite sirloin, cooked medium, and it was perfect. I ate every bite! This particular restaurant does a great job and everyone is friendly.

Takeout is usually not like the actual restaurant experience and that’s true of some Ruby Tuesdays but this one was different. Had a cocktail while ordering takeout. Service at the bar was excellent and when I got the food back to our hotel room it was excellent and included some extra biscuits, a trademark of Ruby Tuesdays. Wish the one in our area was this great.

My boyfriend and I went here for our usual Monday night dinner, server was very unfriendly no smile or eye contact. Food was very bland and small portions. Server forgot the green beans with our meals and the fries look hours old… Got home took a shit and left ruby Tuesday’s right where I found it… Off to the gym

I will never go back here… the services was horrible… the food was not worth the money… highly unsatisfied… I also didn’t know there was a 1 beer limit… oh maybe that’s cause our waitresses didn’t ask if I would like another one.

I am literally sitting inside of a ruby Tuesday’s right now looking at all the food I’m going to have them throw away because it’s so bla. I am out with the g/f and thE niece today. The niece ordered the crab cakes and the salad bar. She said the salad bar was bla and took two bites of her crab cakes before asking me for half of my baked potato. The girlfriend and I both did the salad bar and neither of us thought it was good even though we loaded out salads us with toppings and dressing it was very plain tasting. For our main course she got the buffalo chicken sliders, 3 buffalo strips on bread flavored with honey I think. For me I ordered the chicken strip meal and the strips just weren’t good. I don’t know why. I think all of the food was just so bland we couldn’t improve it with salt and pepper and unfortunately we will not be back.

I came here with my mom because she likes the salad bar and I wasn’t expecting much considering it’s a chain restaurant, but the service and food were both horrible. My burger was cold and there was a hair in my fries. I don’t think our server smiled once, much less looked at us. It took about ten minutes to get my drink even though there was only one person sitting at the bar and the restaurant was not busy at all.

What can I say my girlfriend loves the salad bar and that in itself is generally acceptable. But most everything else is really not that great. First everything is on a tiny plate or in a tiny bowl the reason being is you don’t really get that much food for the price. Today I paid almost 14 bucks for the crab cake combo which is just a single tiny crab cake and the salad bar. That was the last straw for me, far too many choices that offer better food at a good value.

We went out to dinner tonight, 3÷15÷14, and we’re doing a low-carb diet. They were very accommodating and we ordered burgers with no buns and broccoli instead of fries. Everything was good, though for $ 10+ I thought that was a pretty tiny hamburger patty. The real issue was with the avocado on top. It was black and brown inside and was clearly past being suitable for human consumption. I would have been okay with a simple, sorry about that… and perhaps the news that all of their avocados had turned, but that is not what happened. Instead the waiter chose to argue that it was fine… «That’s how they are.» he said. Well, my grandfather raised avocados… My wife used to work in wholesale produce… That’s not«how they are» if you are going to eat them. Perhaps if you’re going to slop the hogs… but I am not a hog. We could hear the wait staff whining about us from the kitchen area… «Chef»: «They’re all like that.» Waiter: «I know! That’s what I told them!» uh… We weren’t the problem guys. Next time just explain you don’t have any avocados, apologize for the situation, and it’s over. Don’t tell people to eat black avocados!

Service started ok, but declined quickly. Took 2 of my daughters to dinner, one ordered a pretzel burger, and my other daughter and I ordered spicy fish tacos. Tacos were well cooked and seasoned, pretzel burger was beyond greasy, and the pretzel bun was so salty she could not eat the top portion of the bun. We all had the garden bar which was well maintained(or so we thought). Half way through our salads, saw the salad bar attendant carrying 6 bowls of different items to be refilled… But they were all stacked on top of another. Yuck! She wore plastic gloves, but when you are wiping and cleaning and filling the bar all with the same gloves that you have just picked up food with(and still have in your hand) that’s nasty. Seemed there were too many servers, because they were all on one side of the bar talking. As were 2 cooks. One of the servers was VERY vocal when someone he knew came in. He kept telling the customers«get what ya want, I will hook you up». 2 of us had water and 1 had iced tea, when we got refills the tea was warm and so was the water. Asked for more ice, received a glass if ice for all 3 of us. The«biscuits» were edible, but beyond small. You get 1 per person, and not asked again if you want more. We won’t return.

Love going here for one reason: lobster mac n cheese! It’s amazing! My husband and I whenever we can stop in to get it. We also enjoy the salad bar because you can customize your salad how you like it. In the summer the watermelon margarita is so yummy too. I never, ever like the staff which is why there are 3 stars. The hostess is always some young sweet girl, but the waiters and waitresses have no personality or are not kind at all. They seem pushy and careless too. Update: lobster mac no longer available. Such a bummer!!! Very disappointed.

Chain restaurant, which is fine in a pinch or when visiting family in another city. The six-year-old nephew chose our dinner location. Service was great — the server was about to be phased for the evening after having opened in the morning, but was attentive and kind. I agree that the prices seem high. I ordered the tilapia and it arrived swimming in a plate full of melted butter, which was disheartening. My mashed potatoes were served on the same plate so I ate a bit off the top and ignored anything that touched the butter. My stepdad had the crab cake dinner and seemed to enjoy it, but my brother said his pasta was dried out as though it sat under the heat lamp for too long. Like I said, good in a pinch(or when the cutest nephew ever demands it), but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again.

Way better now than I ever remember it being from childhood. Newly revamped menus and really really good food. Good service, nice staff. A little pricier than I expected, but over all pretty great. We’ll be back.

I came here because I got a free birthday burger. For one, I’m impressed that they offer an entire meal. The burger came with 2 sides. I got the Triple Prime Bacon Cheddar Burger. Normally, it’s $ 12.49 which I think is a bit ridiculous for a burger. It was definitely a quality burger, but just not worth that price. I got french fries and a loaded baked potato. My wife ate the loaded baked potato and she said that it was fine but she didn’t think it was that great. The fries were average restaurant fries. My wife also ordered a blondie brownie. It came with vanilla ice cream and was drizzled in caramel. It was really good although it was quite sweet so it’s difficult to eat the entire thing. Service was average. It started out well, but then it seemed the service slowly faded away. Our server never came by to ask us how the food was and she only had about 3 tables so it’s not as if she didn’t have time. Then it took her a little while to get us the bill. Fortunately, we had cash so we didn’t need to wait for her to run our credit card. For a chain restaurant, Ruby Tuesday’s is one of my favorite ones although I don’t really like chains. From my one experience at this one, I would not consider it one of the better ones that I’ve been to.

I love their crab cake, it’s the best cake outside of Maryland. That said, the triple prime burger is something I crave. However our last visit was horrible. 4 of us dines, 3 of us got burgers and the 4th got ribs. The server, «Timoth» told my wife that her burger did not come with onions, yet it arrived with onions. I ordered my burger plain. He repeated that I wanted nothing on it and I confirmed. It came with everything on it. We sent the burgers back and they arrived back at out table withing 2 minutes which tells me that they took the same burger, wiped it off, and slapped it on a new bun. Our sides were not replaced, so when the plates came back everything was no longer hot. Normally I love RT, but this visit left me feeling less than satisfied.

This is your average chain restaurant. The food is good. It is not anything mind blowing. The service is good as well. My parents like this place, and I don’t mind going there with them.

I can’t say I would eat here again. The prices are outrageous for the portions and kind of food. The quality is fine, for the most part, there’s not a question about that. But let me give you a rundown of what kind of place this is: We arrived to Ruby Tuesdays during the absolute worst snow storm Akron has seen this year. This being the case, there weren’t many patrons and there wasn’t any wait to be seated. However, during the course of the meal, we were attended to by four different people, three of home made idle chit-chat about the weather and such but never brought us anything. Only one of the wait staff seemed able to understand we were paying for a meal, not a conversation. With that, the one person who served us couldn’t adequately describe or recommend anything on the menu as they«don’t eat anything here». Well, that spoke volumes. Our drinks arrived in a decent amount of time, and for some reason we were served two gross biscuits on a plate, as though they were a real treat: they looked ridiculous, two biscuits on a giant plate. I did not ask for more. Our appetizer was a «southwest eggroll» or something like that. Burnt and not worth 9 bucks. It took some time for these to get to us, and by the time they did, we had gone through two drinks apiece. Our main courses were most likely the only thing that made the trip worthwhile. And by «worthwhile» I mean it was hot and didn’t taste terrible. I ordered ribs with mac and cheese and fries. The mac and cheese was my favorite part of the meal. The rest was forgettable. Also, 17 bucks. Half rack of ribs? They had better have been incredible. But, they were simply passable. She had the seafood medley. I recall telling her not to, but she wanted to be «daring.» I think the most depressing part about trying her food was tasting butter and nothing else. Especially the lobster. It was worthless and poorly cooked. If we hadn’t had a 25 dollar gift card, the meal would have cost upward of 60 bucks. That would have made me all the more upset with the meal. If you go to this Ruby Tuesdays, or maybe any, I’d recommend nothing to eat, and water to drink, if they can remember that.

Nice, clean, classy atmosphere. Nothing revolutionary on the menu. but, top quality versions of the classics. I always get the yummy salad bar… it’s got all the toppings. I’ve heard the burgers and steaks are good as well. Not a place I often think to eat, but I like to go for a change of pace. Try it. you might like it Mikey.
