Service was very helpful, rooms seemed to be clean. The beds are average to below average, they definitely look more comfortable in the pictures. The walls are paper thin though, I felt like I was staying in the same room as my neighbors, specifically their bathroom. It was a place to lay my head on my 26 hour journey east but I would not stay here again due to the paper thin walls and loud doors.

This place was an absolute disaster! First, the place is disgusting and dirty. Second, the staff is the most unprofessional and rude group of people I have ever come in contact with. I would sleep in my car before I stayed at this dump again.

I was a little skeptical upon booking a Microtel but this hotel really surprised me! I am platinum at both Marriott and IHG so I stay in a lot of hotels throughout the year. I rarely stay out of my preferred chains but this hotel was in the area I needed and had a great rate so I decided to give it a chance after checking out photos and reviews. To be honest it was at the same level as most Holiday Inn Express hotels I stay at. The room was clean and had a microwave and mini refrigerator. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets-luckily without one of those dirty comforters, instead with a duvet. The pillows could’ve been a little more comfortable but I rarely use a pillow so it wasn’t a problem. The bathroom was clean. The shower head water pressure was very strong, which is always appreciated. The breakfast was literally identical to most other hotels on or above this level(ie. Holiday Inn Express, Best Western, Fairfield). Bagels, muffins, eggs, breakfast potatoes, bananas, yogurt, waffle maker, cereal and juice machine. Everything in the hotel is clean and up-to-date! I read they were renovated last year and you can tell its all new! It is also very close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, if you are planning to go there! If you’re not planning to, you should! I was very impressed with this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to this area!

Where to start… had a reservation for a non smoking suite for 3 nights, arrived and was told they didn’t have my room with an explanation that 10 rooms were out of service for remodeling. Was offered a smaller, smoking room that even the front desk person admitted would smell strongly of smoke. She offered to see if another Wyndham property had a room available at 9:30 at night; the closest one being many miles away. I told her it was unacceptable, took her name and the manager’s name and went looking for another hotel at 9:30 at night. Followed up with a complaint to corporate, received a canned«Sorry this happened» message and the owner/operator will contact you. That was more than a week ago with no follow up from the owner/operator. Even the other hotels, who were booked full, said Microtel’s front desk person should have called around to the other hotels. The inside and outside, of what I was able to see, were clearly in need of renovation, not from what I would expect from staying at other Microtels. The rooms under renovation not being reflected under their reservation system, no sign at the front desk letting arriving guests know that the rooms are under renovation and they would likely be awoken in the morning by the noise and the poor condition of what I did see, outside and lobby, and complete lack of follow up to the complaint, are clear indicators of how bad this particular Microtel is. I ended up staying at La Quinta, where everyone was very friendly, the inside had clearly been renovated recently and the room was spotless.
