Chassis Systems

I went and saw Steve at Chassis Systems this past Friday because I had the check engine light go on in my truck. After a quick check of the system, he stated that the catalytic converter had went and would need to schedule an appointment in order to get it fixed. As my truck is my only way to get around, I asked if it was possible for me to wait around to see if they could get to it that day. Steve and his employees were more than accommodating and fixed my truck in a few hours and it runs great. The pricing on parts and labor were also excellent. I would recommend seeing Steve if you have car issues and I know I will return in the future.

These guys know what they’re doing, and don’t try to do more than needed. Very fair, and trustworthy.

I was worried about finally taking my older car into the shop, due to how expensive I thought it might be. Mike called from the shop around noon of the day it was dropped off and went through a list, listing the first thing as being most important to least important. I appreciated the explanation of each item Mike gave me, as I am not a «car person». My car was extremely loud as well, and I was not looking to spend 600 – 700 for what it needed new. Steve drove it down to another shop for an estimate because they specialized in what my car had wrong with it (saved money). I had A LOT of work finally done to it, at a very fair price! THE BEST PART – THE PATIENT, DESCRIPTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I would spend over 500.00 in his shop. from a new horn, fan, wheel alignment brakes and a bushing on my wheel. I was always loyal and friendly to steve.
the last time I was there was in the summer of 2012. I needed my horn to sound. I asked steve if he can do better than 40.00. On this day even though I go out of my way to have his people in his shop work on my car. Steve yelled at me about the price. saying he lousing 40.00 on what he charging me for the horn. He was a liar. he would only do the job for a price that makes him money.
I stood up for my self. FUCK HIM
I will never be yelled at when I’m a playing customer. Plus I’m a good man.
