Best Buy

This rating is for geek squad appt I accidently installed windows 10 and wanted it rolled back to old windows since my camera did not work with windows 10. I took it to best buy they told me 149.00 to roll the old windows back and they needed my computer 4 days. What a lie thank goodness a Facebook friend that works with computers told me in 4 easy clicks how to fix it. It worked took me 15 min. I’m sure best buy was aware of that. What a scam.

This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life and has ruined any chance of me shopping at any Best Buy store ever again. No organization what so ever! In my case I had to deal with 2 separate best buys (North Canton, Cuyahoga Falls) both of which couldn’t admit they were wrong and had to blame their mistakes on each other rather than admitting they made a mistake. (I work with the public, accidents happen no one is perfect) One NC employee even said to another coworker while they «attempting» to help me «they are all worthless there» which in my eyes is completely unprofessional to do in front of a customer, no matter how annoyed you are with the situation. For all the trouble I had to go through to receive my package they then promised me a complete refund (on a Best Buy gift card) well when I called back the next week (the next day after everything was Christmas Eve so I thought I do a courtesy thing for them and not make them more stressed than I’m sure they were with the holiday season as a whole) I sat on hold for 8 minutes, 12 minutes and 16 minutes before I finally just decided to make the unnecessary 1 hour 15 minute drive to get this all straightened out. I arrive and the manager said it was only a $ 50 rather than the $ 1,500 I was promised. As «stupid» as you thought the Cuyahoga Falls employees were I think it would take an actual idiot to mix up those two numbers. I felt the manager (North Canton) tried to make me feel as if I was an idiot for ever thinking she would ever refund me that amount when in reality I even had papers that stated so from the other store! To end this review I would just like to warn everyone to stay away from this store at all costs! My family and I will never be shopping at Best Buy again!

Really wish they still had the selection in movies and music like they used too… But if you need electronics or help with them, it’s the place to come.

I haven’t been her since 2011. The store opened in 2004. I would buy things there from 2004 until 2011.
I never had good nice workers who made me feel like they want to help me. I put up with it. What did me in was in 2011 I was looking to buy a Nikon camera and the workers ignored me. Then I left the worker asked to help me to little to late. I don’t like how the people treat a loyal customer.
I went to wall mart felt like human and I will never shop at best buy. There prices are high.

These guys have been super. Zach helped us out with getting a new phone since we’ve had so many issues. As a silver Premier Rewards member I highly recommend buying the warranty protection plan on higher priced items. I’ve used the warranty plan on a fridge that was over $ 3500 new and had no issues and also on my daughters iPhone that was damaged multiple times.

Terrible service for business or NGOs. Staff seems to be uninterested in contextualizing info.

Prices are way too high. Same or better quality available at Newegg on line.

Best Buy was once a leader in their field. However, despite many «associates roaming around, I find that it is often difficult to get anyone to answer your questions. Perhaps, as a senior citizen, they don’t think I will be purchasing anything «exciting» or «expensive». However, I have purchased four laptops and two desktops in the past year, none from Best Buy. Truth be known, they have become little more than a showroom where people come and look, then purchase online. Something needs to change or they will be gone in, oh I would say, two years max.

Best Buy is the place to go when you want some electronic device/​movie/​game/​etc., and need instant gratification. Otherwise, you’re almost guaranteed to find a lower price online.
This particular Best Buy is well laid out and usually fairly busy. It’s conveniently located on the strip which I like better than it’s old location.

Best electronics store in the state!
